“Arranging everything online, and having multiple options of collection, drop off to local store or depot, and delivery or collection, caters for all needs. I can thoroughly recommend them for any type of parcel, etc and will certainly be using them again myself in future. Thank you”

“Since the post office went private, prices went up and service went rapidly down. Lost parcels, useless disinterested complaints dept. Thank goodness we've found you. !! Parcel arrived on time. Picked and dropped off. Unbelievably good service. Thank you.”

“One issue - chose a more expensive option as they offered a time slot of 9 - 1.30 for a pick up. As no-one is available after 1.30 this was worth paying for. VERY ANNOYED to get a mail after the transaction was completed stating that pickup was 9-5 but they would do their best to comply with the slot agreed - not good enough.”
