“Use interparcel for large items and receive a very good service.”

“We don't send many parcels outside of the UK, so have very little need for a courier service, but whenever we do we use Interparcel. Their website is so easy to use and the choice of service extensive. We can choose when the package is delivered and almost always the courier collects the same day - sometimes within a few minutes of us completing the form if they're passing. I would highly recommend Interparcel to anyone.”

“I searched for a courier on the internet and chose Interparcel because the site was easy to use and I got a very reasonable quote. It was brilliant that I could just print off the address label and the courier label so I could just stick them on the parcel. Both the collection and delivery were prompt and it all went perfectly.”

“A company that is second to none! I receive fantastic excellent service every time i use interparcel and am never dissapointed..not just a business but when ever you call the staff at interparcel will go beyond out of their way to help. As long as interparcel are around my parcels will continue to be delivered daily! Thanks a lot interparcel :D”

“I USE UPS BOOKED WITH INTERPARCEL, UPS AND INTERPARCEL OFFER A 1ST CLASS TOP RATE SERVICE, THIS IS NOT THE CHEAPEST COURIER BY ANY MEANS BUT THE DRIVERS GO THAT EXTRA BIT TO MAKE THE COLLECTION AND DELIVERY SERVICE GO THAT LITTLE BIT SMOOTHER”

“The website is clear and concise I cant fault it. The only issue that arises if there is a delivery problem and as you are the third party sometimes I find it difficult to relay messages. But usually all is well”

“I sell my paintings on ebay including quite large pieces internationally so I use Interparcel quite a lot and they need to be quick, efficient and trustworthy (and the website easy to use). The good news is they are all of these and I recommend to anyone who sends frequently by courier both in the UK and abroad. Also the telephone customer service is better than most I have encountered. Excellent service.”

“We have been using Interparcel for about 12 months now and never run into any problems, so far. I cannot comment on the customer services as we have never had to contact them for anything. The booking system is easy to use and the prices are generally good. Highly recommended!”

“We use Interparcel for at least 3 or 4 deliveries each week. We use just one courier service which has been almost seamless. i would highly recommend but you need to be familiar with the reliability of the couriers in your area. Otherwise easy to use, good simple interface and realistically priced too.”
