“Fantastic service. I was double charged due to an IT glitch and on making an enquiry Kayleigh in customer services responded immediately and refunded the charge quickly, and efficiently. Excellent service, highly recommended.”

“At short notice was unable to be available to receive my parcel. Using the live chat facility I connected to an agent called James G and within minutes was able to re-arrange my delivery for another day. Chat facility was very useful and James G extremely helpful”

“Collections made on time and any problems are sorted out.Katy Hall has helped me on a few occasions with delivery problems,she is quick to respond and keeps me informed which is vital in order for me to let our customers know when they might expect delivery.”

“Well usually the Best test for customer care is whent things go wrong.... When something went Wong with my interparcel order , I was lucky enough to StumbleUpon this very helpful lady called Stacey Mckay. She was very kind, helpful and professional. She has resolvedt he issues very promptly. And kept me informed every step in the process. So for this reason I would always trust. Interpaarcel. There are a lot of companies out there that are very helpful until something goes out of shape . And after that they don't want to know about the problem , or about their customers. Interparcel is definitely not one of them! :)”
