“Annelese McBride went all out to to help re-schedule a final delivery attempt by UPS. Her quick, efficient and friendly actions have saved me a lot of trouble with a prospective "return to sender". This kind of helpful "can-do" attitude is what builds customer loyalty. Any business is only as good as it's staffs interactions with customers and on this occasion it was 5 star service all the way. Thank you very much”

“James Giffen has been extremely helpful in looking into a parcel that was not delivered to our client and subsequently crediting back the shipping charge. James response was very speedy and this is incredibly rare with most courier companies who do not want to know when something goes wrong and are then impossible to get hold of , I really appreciate that your company is different and easily contactable by both phone and e-mail.
