“i have used Interparcel a few times now and the service is seamless and painless. I simply input my details, the parcel is collected and I get a text message when it is delivered, giving me the most important thing in parcel delivery - peace of mind. The prices are also very competitive. Great service.”

“We have in the past used Shipley & Anyvan to quote for transporting larger parcels but we found their websites to be cumbersome and the quotes to be extortionate. We then did a quick internet search and came across www.interparcel.com The website was very user friendly and gave us a list of quotes to choose from very quickly. We also recognised the names of the leading couriers you work with (TNT & Parcelforce) which gave us great confidence when accepting your very keen price. After the order was placed the parcel was picked up within 2 hours and delivered 350 miles away before 9.am the next day. Superb service. The customer service provided by Annelese McBride was excellent and very efficient. We cannot fault Interparcel and you are doing everything right so well done. We will be back best regards Lyn Barron-Ladd”

“I've used interparcel a number of times in the past and the service was really easy to use unless there was a problem - then it would sometimes be difficult to talk to someone and resolve it. Today I had a small problem and used 'live chat' for the first time. Kate was really helpful and this gives me more confidence to use the service in the future as I know that responsive support is available.”

“They do exactly "what it says on the can"! Good prices better than going direct to the individual couriers and were able to save me a considerable amount of money on the delivery of two fishing rods. The on-line ordering was easy, but do get a telephone number for the people you're sending to, this is a essential part of the ordering process. The goods were delivered safely and I got a confirmation email (as requested) when the items were delivered. I would not hesitate to recommend Interparcel.com to anyone needing a top class service.”
