“Sometimes with online services, it is very difficult to sort things out if there is a problem which arises. I have been very happy with the prompt service and attention provided by Interparcel's team and lately Becky Blythe. She provided me with documentation required in a prompt and timely fashion to sort out an issue which has arisen after Interparcel fulfilled its contract to deliver my parcel.”

“I have used Interparcel for many years to send mainly expensive dolls to Australia...USA...Canada Europe and UK. Always had excellent service with no problems to date. I wouldn't dream of using any other service for a courier!”

“I use Interparcel on a regular basis, simple to use and great how parcels are collected from our business. We have had a few instanced where parcels re not collected on the day booked causing us grief, when this happens the cutover services people are very matter of fact and quick to point out that they don't guarantee the collection date. We also have a issue currently with damaged and missing items, luckily we paid extra to insure the contents but we are several months into lodging a claim and nothing much seems to be happening event though our customer has already charged us for the missing goods.”

“I booked this service really late on Thrusday night and was amazed to see that the package (27kg!) could be picked up the next day. The online form and payment was easy and the required documentation emailed. I had a couple of questions the next day and found the service desk really helpful. There was a change to the courier company picking up my package and was notified by email - all worked out well.”

“Interparcel exceeded my expectations on every level. I never knew that a delivery company could provide such a service. Admittedly I live in the centre of a large city but my parcel was collected roughly an hour and a half after I placed the order on the website. The labelling instructions were easy to follow and the price - well - I am still rubbing my eyes! And as if that wasn't enough, the delivery driver was friendly and cheerful :) I recommend Interparcel 100% and will be using them every time I have a parcel to send from now on.”

“When sending an item in a hurry that is globally accepted as a safe and acceptable product to post, you are unlikely to check the fine print on whether or not an item is prohibited or not. Interparcel's list of prohibited items, far exceeds it's list of allowed items so be careful when sending an item through them. It is more than likely prohibited. My experience from start to end was frustrating. First with the collection courier who spoke to 3 different clients on the phone without acknowledging the client in front of him (me), to the less than helpful staff, who informed me 3 days later the parcel was damaged upon arrival at the first depot, but no matter since Honey is a prohibited item anyway and shouldn't have been sent. "Come and get it from us as we wont send it back", and finally the refund, that came 3 weeks later minus the domestic charges for collection and 3rd party courier to send it back. Overall, A company like this should not be allowed to operate.”

“This is the first time we have used this service and we found it to be very good. Booking the items in was uncomplicated, easy & quick. UPS contacted us throughout the day with updates re collection of the items and the driver was polite & friendly. Overall we rate the service we have received to be of a high standard and would recommend highly.”
