“Had a bad experience with one of interparcel's competitors. Immediately switched and so far it has been one smooth ride, with competitive rates. No regrets so far. It's been really great. Customer service on the phone way superior to parcel2go.”

“We don't send much stuff by courier, but this is a great and economical way to do it. I have had a few problems with collections as there is no failure notification in the system, but when advised they do repair the fault quickly.”

“I would highly recommend Interparcel. The online booking system is very easy to use and the prices are excellent. I needed to cancel one of my shipments on the day of collection and received help and communications from them throughout the day. This put my mind fully at rest and I was kept informed of my parcels progress. A lady by the name of Rebecca Morley was the most friendly and professional I have come across in such an industry. Absolutely first class service and highly recommended.”

“I hope the manager or supervisor if there is one reads this I booked in a collection with UPS on Friday 21st March 2014 The parcel has been left out every day with the UPS label attached to the box. Every day I have emailed interprcel they have not given me an explanation despite numerous emails asking why the driver didn?t collect it, On Wednesday 26th March 2014 after 3 FAILED Collections they emailed me a NEW SHIPPING LABEL without any notice to what the label was for. In the afternoon the same day they emailed me back saying the driver didn?t take the parcel as there was no label on the box. So its been sitting with the old label attached and then the new label attached since Friday 21st March today is the 28th March, I emailed UPS and they replied with this email: Dear Leo, Thank you for your response. I am sorry you have experienced problems on this collection. Unfortunately, I am not showing any collection request for this shipment. I recommend to contact Interparcel and ask for the collection request number for the package so we can forward the concern to the appropriate department. If we may assist you in the future, please feel free to contact us. Kind Regards --------------- UK CSC Email Customer Service A parcel that?s been sitting with the UPS Barcode label since 21st March 2014 and it todays date is: 28th March 2014 A full week, No COLLECTION, Two different UPS barcodes attached supplied via Interparcel, The location: UXBRIDGE North London LEO P.s. i could be nasty and do one star, but they are usually very good and there website is good and they email back pretty fast, But im sorry Interparcel 1 week and no collection, ive wasted tonnes of time emailing you and my collection point is also very unhappy with you and UPS.”
