“I've used Interparcel a couple of times for urgent packages, much easier that trekking to the Post Office and cheaper than most couriers”

“Used it a few times now, and have had no problems. Certainly better than using the post office. Used the PO for the last time about 6 months ago when they wanted ?12 for me to send a badminton racket (230gram) in the UK. I recommend Interparcel.”

“I've used Interparcel now for several years. I ship the Vinylcare record cleaning system all over Europe with customers as far away as Norway, Spain, Greece and Turkey. International shipping costs for different countries can vary dramatically from supplier to supplier so the choice at Interparcel enables me to keep my costs down and my customers happy. The online paperwork works well and speeds things up for the picking up courier. Recommended.”

“I want to give 4.5 stars. Nearly always used interparcel in the past for anything of the larger sized parcels. I have had a few goods damaged in transit but generally UPS is fairly good, citylink a little less careful. Sadly I seem to find parcel Pete a little cheaper now most of the time so between the two I choose the best price. Keep up the good work.”

“Whenever I use the Hermes service I am impressed from the ease of booking the parcel on line to the EXCELLENT lady who comes and collects the parcel from me at home. She is ACE, friendly, polite and professional. If she is what people see of Hermes then she is a winner for you!”

“I used to love Interparcel and campion them on eBay and to my colleagues as they always offered a good deal and if anything went wrong they went out of their way to make it right. This is now longer the case unfortunately. My latest experience will be my last. 3 days off work to send important documents. Three missed pick-ups even after contacting support to ensure collection would happen. Stock email replies (that sign off with "hope this helps", no but a parcel collection would!) and general apathy was the impression I got. I was refused a refund on the basis "We don't guarantee out collections". I argued " No this is just unacceptable service". No reply. I cancelled my order and did get a refund. Used RM in the end. I see on here that other are experiencing the same issue as me. Just avoid until things improve.”

“I like using Interparcel, they have a number of the top carriers, I think I would like to have a larger variety though , On the whole they are cheaper than going to the carrier direct , so its worth using them , The thing that I find annoying is that I've been at my present address nearly 4 yrs now and the system they use still doesn't show me as being here so I have to put my address in every time I use them , That's annoying . I also wish they had a system where you could see your past orders and keep past customers as many are repeat orders”

“We were delighted with the service and cost to send our two boxes to menorca. Oue daughter has used this service before when she has sent us things and she recommended it to us. Normally it only takes two or three days to reach us. We will definately use this service in the future.”

“having tried to send with another company had to recieve a label though my pc to print myself tried but it never came after trying to get them on the phone had to give up and i believe i lost the money ipaid . this company very straight forward and easy to use so now im very happy i used them”

“I couldn't believe it!! The UPS guy was ringing the doorbell almost before I had time to make a cup of coffee - 20 minutes from booking to collection! He was very friendly and even helped me work out sending a really heavy package which I should be sending tomorrow. Beats lugging it to the Post Office and queueing up for 20 minutes to pay over the odds for shipping!Unless it is a very small item, I will always use Interparcel!”
