“It's so easy to send parcels that are too heavy to go through the normal mail, and delivery is really reliable - usually only a few days. Couldn't be easier to organise, either. Can't recommend them highly enough.”

“I've used Interparcel many times before and generally they're very good. I predominantly use them for their "Economy" service which is covered by UPS and I've always found them to be cheaper than other booking services and the website is really easy to use. I like that you get your documents emailed to you and you have tips and instructions on how to prepare and pack your parcel so couriers won't refuse to pick it up. I work for a courier firm myself and I know how costly things can be if instructions aren't followed, especially for the actual account holder. However, sometimes when things are missed, my most recent example was TNT forgot to deliver a parcel and I had to get in contact in Interparcel and I did get two different stories from two different agents on each time I contacted them. On the other hand, when Citylink completely lost my parcel Interparcel were very quick to get this sorted out and reimburse me so it can go either way. On the whole a good, dependable company to use!”
