“Booked a pickup on Sunday, parcel collected on Monday and delivered on Tuesday before 10am, despite only using the lower tier economy service. Fantastic service, and will use again.”

“Thanks to Interparcel's courteous and efficient staff - particularly the pick-up driver - I managed to send an important document to the Middle East within a few hours of receiving it. It was such a relief when the driver took the document off my hands and assured me he would deal with it.”

“Everytime i book a collection, it never gets picked up, after a few emails and customer complaining the parcel will finally get picked. In 1 fairness once its collected it does arrive in their estimated times, but is still late I should just use the post office but i keep giving the company a second try, time after time, but still keep disappointing us, and causing problems with my customers.”

“I've been using courier services for at least 8 years now....this is first time I've used Interparcel and cannot believe the time it took what I mean is 'short time' only 48 hours from picking up from house in Newcastle upon Tyne, UK on Monday 28th April and dropped at my home in North of Mallorca on 30th April thats incredable service, from now will be using this company for any despatch and delivery of heavy parcels..by the way this was a 25kg box.....excellent and thank you to Interparcel...see you again”

“This service is great. Half the price that I would have paid to the Post Office and next day delivery. I was so impressed with the price, the speed of delivery, to get it signed for and being able to track the parcel and then a text to say it had arrived! I like to be able to drop the parcel off at my local drop-off point, and know that if I couldn't get out it will be picked up. Wonderful service.”

“I measured and weighed item. Filled in details on line for this company which came back as the cheapest on a comparative search. Took parcel into work next day where it was picked up at lunchtime. Got a text the next day to say it had been delivered. Easy and stress free. Will def use again.”

“I had a problem with a late pickup, but as stated above the problem was not Interparcel's but the courier's. Since Interparcel acts as a broker, they can't really be responsible for the failings of the courier, who are separate from and independent of Interparcel.”
