Intrrparcel is a first class service. Dependable, fast and very easy to use. I no longer have to go out to the post office and get charged lots of money. I get my parcel picked up from my door, and the cost is very acceptable. Exelent service and is now my parcel service of choice.

Interparcel made it possible for me to send an awkward sized parcel to a customer, quickly, efficiently, and at a good price. Package was collected promptly, and delivered on time in perfect condition. Great service. I won't go anywhere else for a courier service now, Interparcel gets my business every time.

I created a shipment with Interparcel on the 27th March 2014. The shipment was booked with FedEx and all details were provided. The parcel was to be delivered in Jaipur, India. It is now the 19th May 2014 and the parcel is apparently stuck in India customs. I have requested the parcel back, paid ?50.73. They took my money but still haven't done anything to resolve this. I have been passed around from one advisor to another to another to a supervisor to another.... you get my gist. Everytime I call they keep on fobbing me of saying they are waiting for FedEx to reply. I find that very hard to believe as FedEx are usually very good at replying to requests. We have a domestic account with them and have dealt with them for international delivery several times with no issues. Interparcel have not done anything to try and resolve this for me making me very frustrated and helpless. The parcel contain very important and expensive items but they don't seem to care about that. The advisors don't seem to have a clue, no customer service skills and no motivation to help customers who are experiencing issues. INTERPARCEL I WANT MY PACKAGE TO BE RETURNED TO ME ASAP!

If this was the last parcel company on gods green earth I would rather walk it there myself, cost me best part of ?50 on a lost parcel, customer service rubbish putting it politely, one word AVOID.

After packing, weighing and measuring my parcel I booked a collection with Interparcel on the 7th May 2014 for collection on the 8th and delivery on the 9th. It was duly delivered on the 9th May. Then on the 15th May - a week after the collection date I received an email from a Revenue Protection Controller for Interparcel stating that UPS had measured my parcel and found it to be longer than I declared. I consequently was asked to pay an additional ?40.00 (the order itself only cost ?24.59). I responded stating that it was impossible for my parcel to measure this long as the carpet was only a certain length and it was wrapped only in heavy duty polythene. I asked for proof of UPS's measurements and their only response was that UPS had declared it so therefore it must be true!! So much for customer service!!! Interestingly Interparcel have tried this tactic with me before (we are a small carpet manufacturing business) however at this time, upon declaring that it was impossible for the parcel to measure as UPS had stated, Interparcel dropped the additional charges. It appears that they have become a lot more ruthless and dishonest since this occasion to their discredit. If any carrier wishes to dispute dimensions or weights then it should be done at the point of collection in front of the customer - any other method leaves the customer open to unscrupulous dishonesty that is, after the event, indefensible. Shame on you Interparcel.

I have just ended up booking with Interlink as result of failed parcel collections on two occasions from interparcel. I called to let interparcel know and they rebooked stating that its possible there was no one at the address to hand the parcel (that's not true because my address is a business house with two security guards an a receptionist from 6am to 10pm 6 days a week. The second time no collection again this time with no info provided. I emailed interparcel and they did not respond ( it has now been two weeks). I tried live chat it was not connecting on two separate occasions. They seem to want customers to call their 10p/minute from BT landline number. Seems like this is how they make there money.

I do not enjoy giving negative feedback but unfortunately the whole process has been a stressful saga from the word go! A Next Day Delivery (ha ha) was booked for collection on a Monday but this didnt happen till the Thursday evening, as it wasnt bought to my attention that the address I had been given had a line missing. Part my fault I guess but it took me several live chats & expensive calls to find out that this caused the delayed collection. Then, even though I had confirmation from the collectionee, Interparcel still maintained that the parcel hadnt been collected for a further few days. This was despite the fact I could give them the courier drivers name and ref. number from City Link. Trying to find out exactly the whereabouts of my parcel was proved so frustratingly annoying its untrue. Numerous expensive calls to both Interparcel and City Link were responded with the standard responses of we will look into this for you, sorry for any inconvenience caused and sincere apologies! And now despite City Link "extensively searching" for my parcel it has now been declared "lost"!! This is due apparently to the parcel losing its tracking label. And even though I have described the parcel, given them sizes again, told them exactly what they are looking for and knowing the collectionee was thoughtful enough to put an address label with my name and address on it, it has disappeared into some void that appeared between collection on Thursday evening to arriving at the warehouse on presumably Friday! The parcel which would have been quite big was infact a caravan awning due to be used on a weeks break at this half term with my family, so no I am not impressed, sincere apologies do not help and the inconvenience caused is more than they can appreciate. I am now very unlikely to be able to get an alternative as the same price as the one that has disappeared. I put my trust in these couriers and I feel very let down by the care they have taken with my goods. So now I have to go through the whole claims process too! Which will not im sure cover any inconvenience caused. The lack of communication between the two companies has been so frustrating its untrue. And just to add insult to the injury, I have just been told by the collectionee that City Link have tried to collect the rather large parcel that doesnt exist again. This is how parcels are meant to be sent - really???!!! Very upset and disappointed.

I sent a parcel via my hermes tracked which includes a signature. The receipent emailed me a week later stating it hadn't arrived. I checked the tracking website which stated it had arrived days before. I requested a POD from Interparcel and still over a week later after much chasing they haven't been able to supply the POD. The receipent finally found the parcel left on a neighbours doorstep. the neighbour had been away for over a week so couldn't have signed for it. Interparcel stated to me that as the parcel has reached its destination they can not refund the delivery costs!! Even though it was delivered to the wrong address, left unattended on a doorstep and no signature received. They are quite happy with that type of service!!!

We moved to Interparcel almost two years ago after a very bad experience with another company offering the same service and we have never looked back. We cannot fault them. On the rare occasion things do go wrong the customer service team sort it efficiently and promptly. To us, that is what matters - no company offers a perfect service - but it is how a company deals with such incidents that matters. We offer a hire service so timing is everything and, put quite simply, Interparcel are an integral part of the quality of service we are able to provide. So a big thank you to the team! And to the carriers - UPS and CityLink.

have been using Interparcel for over 2 years for courier my business parcels to their various destinations. I mostly use the Interparcel branded service via UPS, which is fantastic, with most parcels booked via their 2 day service actually being delivered next day. TNT are likewise a superb service and in my area can be booked later in the day for collection same day. I have also used, and am very happy with, the City Sprint same day delivery service for bulk deliveries in the congestion zone My only minor glitches have been trying to use Hermes, & the site does not offer a cheap enough service to Northern Ireland for my needs. have recommended Interparcel to friends on many occasions and will continue to use it to despatch my company parcels.

Sent a parcel through Interparcel. 6 of the 10 items broken upon receipt by the customer, they have refused to accept any responsibility. Won't be using again.
