Collection went ahead as agreed in a email, my only reservation was i didn't receive a text message to say the item had been delivered but im not going to argue over 20 pence. other than that a good service.

Could not of been happier they used parcelforce and cost half as much as going direct, arrived bang on time when they said they would no hassle what so ever.

I have used this service on many occasions both privately and for parcels sent through work. I have never had any issues with the service and would recommend it as a simple and easy way to deal with sending a parcel.

I've used Interparcel twice now in the past three weeks. It really couldn't be easier. Type in the sender's post code, type in the recipient's post code, type in the dimensions and weight of the parcel and hit the search button. Within seconds, it comes up with a large choice of courier companies that will deliver the parcel, whether it be in one day or two days etc, and how much the exact charge is. Choose if you want the parcel collected from you, or if you're happy to drop it off yourself at the nearest ParcelForce depot for example. Once you've chosen your preferred courier, cost, time scale etc, print out the address label, invoice and consignment number from the various PDFs that are instantly emailed to you. I chose to take the parcel myself to my local ParcelForce depot to save time and they took my PDFs, scanned them in, took my parcel and gave me a receipt with a tracking number on. I was able to track it all the way to the delivery address and they even texted me when it had been delivered and signed for at the other end. Not only that, but I paid ?9.75 total price and ParcelForce would have charged me ?13.85 for the exact same service. Interparcel for me every time for cost, ease of use and reliability. It really is that simple!

I paid ?71.76 (thankfully including insurance up to ?1,000.00) to have a parcel delivered next day delivery through TNT. The parcel was collected at midday on 21st May by a TNT courier which was all well and good. The parcel should have arrived with my customer on the 22nd so I checked on the 23rd to see if had arrived and get a POD. The Interparcel tracking service stated the parcel was 'in transit' so I have wasted the best part of a day making telephone calls, emailing collection records to the customer services, etc only to be told by the last person that they have requested some information from TNT but may have to wait up to THREE WORKING DAYS to receive a response! As this is a bank holiday weekend that means that my next day delivery parcel might be located in 7 days, I have no idea when my customer will receive it, if t all! I then sent an email to the complaints department which was not even acknowledged. Poor customer service, lack of basic communication with their partner delivery companies and they have proved they can not be trusted when sending important time critical products. I am very frustrated and will not be using them again.

It is a very useful service, I can definitely recommend to all, easy to manage the sending, I can choose the most suitable parcel service after some click. If there is a problem in sending, they do help straightaway. I am very happy to find them.

Used interparcel before. Had no issues with the service. Im not sure if it was down to a lack of communication or technical hitch but my "next day collection" never happened. After paying slighty more for the service with UPS as my agents I had to reshedule a pick up with UPS over the phone. Not great for when you package has a deadline to meet. Other than that it's pretty simple to use. Perhaps stay away from ordering next day collection after 8pm. Not too fussed. Price and ease of use is everything these days. 4/5. Still would use the service before Royal Mail, put it that way!

My shipment was lost...even though it was said to be delivered on April 4th of 2014. It is now May 23rd and I have spoken with at least ten DIFFERENT people via e-mail regarding my package. I have missed TWO military events at which this dress was to be worn. I feel that I am no closer to getting my claim resolved than when I started this process. Just today I have spoke to THREE people and (while they are attempting to be helpful I suppose) am forced to start from scratch each time. I do not know what is going on at Interparcel.... why would one claim be shuffled from one person to the next? The correct way to resolve and issue is to assign it to one person from initiation of the task to completion. Their system for dealing with lost packages is just crap! WHY am I having to be the one to initiate the conversation for an update? Why am I having to email EVERY person I have ever spoken with to get a response on the status of my claim? I have NEVER had an issue with a package not arriving before.... guess all my luck has run out. INTERPARCEL YOU CAN DO BETTER!! Oh and they keep calling me by the wrong name which just plain pisses me off!!

I'm using UPS shop to shop service. Take me 5 minutes to filling up all detail. When I have 10 parcels every day I spent there nearly an hour.

Booked a parcel with Interparcel guaranteed to be delivered in one working day which I need as it was a very important parcel. UPS collected on time but did not deliver for 2 days, Interparcel tried to change the terms of delivery and claim that UPS keep parcels in their warehouses for a day for no reason. I know this is not true as I worked for UPS for over 4 years. Interparcel refused to honour the money-back guarantee which is basically theft and against the Trade Description Act. Do not use these crooks!

I booked two separate parcels for collection with 5 days notice. My wife stayed off work all day and no collection was made. In the end I had to send the parcels by Royal Mail because my customers deserved delivery of their goods when promised. The collection was booked through Interparcel with Hermes. Hermes do not operate in the Highlands and so sub contract to local carriers (something of which Interparcel staff seem to not be aware). To be fair, Interparcel followed my instructions to cancel the uncollected orders and refunded the money paid directly. However, despite several emails, I am no closer to discovering whether the failure to collect lies with Interparcel, Hermes or a local carrier! One week later, a local carrier called to collect the parcels!! Drinking sessions and breweries spring to mind!

My declared dimensions were correct for the entire package. I can prove that my dimensions were correct for this shipment. As I said in my last e mail to your customer services I have photographic evidence. WHERE IS YOURS?

Used this service frequently recently for Ebay deliveries and mostly excellent quick service, one slight hiccup where there was some confusion over information on the delivery address which delayed receipt. Not necessarily the carriers fault, but eventually successful
