“I currently have a parcel sat in the US with UPS who can tell me exactly where the parcel is and is avaliable to be returned to me in UK but it needs interparcel authorisation as the shipper, Unfortunately about 4 emails to interparcel I have recieved nothing but sorry abandoned cant help, have you even spoken to UPS?? Obviously not they have stated on more than one occasion it is there and waiting, I just want my parcel returned it cant be that differcult can it??? Please help!!!!”

“Usually a good service, my parcel was stolen from their van, no compensation , more importantly postage fee return was totally refused. I had a contract with interparcel to deliver my parcel , they failed !!!!!!!!! wasn't impressed. use other courier now !”

“they delivered two different parcels to one address and trying to get hold of them was impossible.Phoned 5 days afterwards.Will definitley not use again.”

“Very easy to use - pop into your local collection point - in my case local shop across the road. Everything is done online so it's just a case of dropping it off and waiting for them to text you to tell you it's out on delivery and then when delivered. Great service at a good price. Recommend - you bet.”

“My biggest issue is if your parcel isn?t collected due to 'lack of driver time' so I get told. This often occurs when you use City Link via Interparcel?s website. Interparcel do not inform you of this or rebook collection on your behalf. You only find out when you phone Interparcel the next day to find out why your parcel wasn?t collected in which case you will get told ?the driver ran out of time? and your collection can be rebooked for the following day. Surely it should be Interparcel's responsibility to rebook collections where they have failed. I would have thought as a third party it would be their best interest to manage the relationship between the customer and the courier which does not seem to be the case at present.”

“I have used inter parcel for years now and i find there service quick, easy and reliable and the website is easy to use and navigate and is made even easier if you create an account, them you wont need to keep re-entering your details they function also as a search engine to bring you the best priced courier service for different prices, and display them in an easy to understand format, the whole process from beginning to end takes a couple of minuits”

“used for few years, any problem ive had was sorted very promptly.use all the time, cant be beaten on reliability and price,only one problem is the way the home page has been re-done...problem with post codes..takes to long to find were was once so easy,but sure problem will be rectified...overall no problem.”
