had to send a guitar to the midlands....used industry standard packing... arrived with substantial damage.....thank goodness I paid for the insurance... had considerable time sending seemingly endless photos of the box, the damage, the packing.....and numerous emails from the recepients saying this is not an uncommon thing with the carriers they use. eventually they said they would pay up then waiting till virtually the 28th day to send a cheque. polite and said a "standard sorry".....but came away with the impression that interparcel felt they were the injured party....and not the poor guitar.....which had to to "put down"........so....for me .....terrible initial service.....and not great customer service

Went on line and placed the pickup and delivery was very easy and very well priced! Will be using the service again with no hesitation.

Poor service When fail to delivery 3 times a month. Collection is on time, but delivery does not, wrong address, fail to delivery without any card left to notice. (I use the UPS service).I couldnt believe that I still accept your mistake and use thia service until now. Please do not use it anymore. Thanks a lot!!!! Sorry to update the report but I have the new order in the interparcel, it is 9963336 and now i dont know where it is and why it couldnt be deliveried on time. As i said, it is the 3rd time in a month you fail the delivery. The worst service ever!

The service for this company is good, Cost and reliability are great only 2 things that wind me up. If you have 2 or more parcels going to different addresses you have to enter card details for each 1 if you could pay for all at end that would be perfect and 2 the new setup is soul destroying if the address is not on the drop down list or you don't have a post code especially for overseas parcels needs looking at

I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Very easy to organise and the parcel was picked up at a convenient time. Delivered with no problems or fuss.

I regularly send parcels to the EU and have found Interparcel to be the best parcel delivery service. If you want fast reliable service look no further. My parcels are trackable from collection to delivery. Parcels arrive at their destination within a few days and the cost is far cheaper than the Royal Mail. Ten out of ten for Interparcel delivery services.

Been regularly using this site since 2010. In the main an excellent service at good price. However often been let down by no collection/ late collection/delayed deliveries all of which when used their TNT service. Never have to ring Inter parcel unless we make a TNT booking as its almost certain to throw up some problem. Inter parcel is a a good cost effective alternative to using Royal Mail but the service they get from TNT is complete shambles. Overall a good company especially for UPS bookings.

They do provide a wide choice of services at very competitives prices....much cheaper than using the courier directly...sometimes finding the correct delivery address can be difficult in the drop down tab but generally its good. They provide an instant tracking number and the online chat is good if you need it, but only up until 8pm! I wish they would remember my details so that i didn't have to type it all in every time i purchase a service. A couple of times I've had trouble and they have passed the buck onto the courier only for the courier to pass the blame back... However The bad experiences will not put me off, it is a good service and I will use them again and again...unless the prices go up!

Very pleased with this company the parcel was picked up on time, and arrived in Portugal after only a few days. I am very happy and will use interparcel again and would recommend it to anybody.

We paid for a parcel to be delivered the next day, only to find that the parcel never collected. We asked for a refund at this point and were rebuffed and were told that it would take a further 3 days to deliver, which was totally unacceptable given that the parcel was now already a day late. We requested that they make amends by delivering it the next day and they said we must pay an additional ?17 for that. Appalling customer service, and if anyone were to ask "Which parcel service should I use?" I would simply say "Not Interparcel!" This is the second error we've had with them and won't be using the company again.

We have on occasions had customers asking for a different delivery address after the shipment has been booked. Each time we have been able to change it without any problem as the response from customer services is always excellent.

They provided a very competitive quote and were let down by their subcontractors City Link who managed to irreparably damage a Minibar. Fortunately after sending photos of the damaged item I eventually (4 weeks) received ?71 compensation just short of the item's value. Would Give Them a second Chance.
