“The one annoying thing about interparcel is the drop down menu (ryan air style) where you have to select no thanks to paying for an advice SMS. Please get rid of this nonsense ASAP and make the ordering process more streamlined. And stop trying to skim extra cash of customers.”

“well price was good and web page easy to use and paying ok trying to use paypal those too complicated instead of direct link was series of question that muddled me. but hey was collected by cheerful man yes cheerful wow and now on its way so all in all use again if get simple paypal link like ebay use”

“Very easy to use website. Signed and unsigned options available as well as collection or drop off at local pickup point available. Labels prepared for user to print. All very straight forward and very cost effective. Parcel is tracked so good for Ebay/Paypal sales and returns. Very impressive - all it needs is Satellite Tracking for deliveries and whole operation would be more than perfect.”

“In January I had an urgent delivery from Bristol to Croydon. I booked it in for collection from my home by Interparcel. I stayed home all day and lost a day's work. At 18:00 (the latest collection time) no courrier had called so I tried to contact Interparcel; they had closed at 17:00 and had not tried to contact me. The next morning I called them (on their premium rate line, the only means of contacting them) they confirmed that no courrier had called and refunded my money, although not the cost of my calls. I requested feedback as to why the collection had not happened and was promised they would investigate. A week later, having heard nothing, I e-mailed again requesting feedback and was told "Unfortunately we have no updates on why this failed yet we will be in contact once updated"; it is now mid May and I have still had no feedback. This company cost me two days work (a second to deliver the package myself), failed to fulfill any of their promises, failed to give me a reason for their failure and failed to apologise or offer any redress. In addition the only telephone contact is via a premium rate line, which seems simply cynical profiteering.”

“We use Interparcel to collect and deliver Wedding Dresses that have been Cleaned and Boxed. We use the service about 4 times a month and it normally works very well, but we have on two occations had items not collected and the reason given can not be correct. We are told that there was not anyone at our premises to enable the driver to collect - we are open from 7am to 6pm. On two other occasions the delivery to the customer was delayed by upto a week and again the reason given was hard to understand. It is a shame because 95% of the time they provide a good service at reasonable cost. ADDITION AFTER RESPONSE FROM INTERPARCEL: If your drivers can call upto 9pm, why does it state on your booking site that collections are between 9am and 6pm?”

“I booked with Interparcel online for Hermes to collect a single parcel from Ludlow. I booked on Wednesday 7th May and was promised collection between 0800 and 2100 on the Friday. No one came to collect in all that huge time slot. Sod's Law - Interparcel are closed at weekends, so I contacted them on Monday morning. "Oh sorry about that, we'll rebook for Tuesday 13th and let you know why it wasn't collected. Of course there was no feedback from Interparcel and Hermes did not collect on Tuesday either. Interparcel couldn't tell me why not - they are not told by Hermes. Apparently it's up to the customer to inform them the collection wasn't made - an appalling level of so-called customer service! So here I am a week on with my parcel still sitting here. I posted it today (hopefully) with Parcel Force's 24 hour service. I've an eBay customer getting decidedly concerned. What's it going to do to my eBay feedback rating? "Yes sir we'll reimburse you your money but no, we won't compensate you for the extra cost incurred by you because you were foolish enough to use us and Hermes". Neither company takes any responsibility. If they get back with a reason for non-collection it will just be "You were not in" which would be a bare-faced lie.”

“Used Interparcel after looking at reviews on the internet. Having had some very bad experiences with delivery companies in the past, we found their service well organised, fast and good value for money. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.”

“Poor inefficient delivery service. I am still waiting for goods that were due to be delivered a week ago, on the promise of next day delivery. After several phone calls,emails and live chats, no one has been able to trace the goods or get definitive confirmation from the so called city link depot they " may " have ended up in. They have stopped communicating with me after promising me daily that they were due out for delivery the next day, only to be told the next day, that yet again, City Link had not got the goods on their van. Interparcel did not seem to have the ways or means to get a clear response from City Link and so 7 days later, I have had to reorder the goods. I will be seeking replacement costs and more from interparcel and could not recommend their service, or lack of it.”

“sent a ?400 PC off with these yesterday, i checked the tracking today and it said "awaiting collection" i contacted them and they said sorry we don't know where your parcel has gone????? i asked them if they could call the courier company to ask them where it has gone while i am on live chat, they said sorry we cant do that has it could take a while, so i said OK i will call them myself, within 10mins i found out that my buyer has the item & that interparcel tracking info is wrong, so not only do they like scaring the hell out of there customers, there also not very quick at helping either. never using them again, awful customer service.”
