Poor inefficient delivery service. I am still waiting for goods that were due to be delivered a week ago, on the promise of next day delivery. After several phone calls,emails and live chats, no one has been able to trace the goods or get definitive confirmation from the so called city link depot they " may " have ended up in. They have stopped communicating with me after promising me daily that they were due out for delivery the next day, only to be told the next day, that yet again, City Link had not got the goods on their van. Interparcel did not seem to have the ways or means to get a clear response from City Link and so 7 days later, I have had to reorder the goods. I will be seeking replacement costs and more from interparcel and could not recommend their service, or lack of it.
