“Interparcel always go the extra mile for their customers - when there's a problem (which isn't very often in my experience) it's professionally and efficiently sorted out. Recently I had a problem with a package that didn't have enough delivery details (shipped to Netherlands) and Sabrina Slade kept in touch with me, even sending me a message to say the package had been received and who signed for it. I am very happy with the service!”

“I had made a mistake with my order got onto live chat connected in seconds and the operator JamesG was very efficient and polite and rectified my issue within minutes very pleased... NB please link to ebay to make it easier to book then this would be perfect”

“I've used Interparcel for a number of years now after intially having tried a few other similar companies before this. It was frustrating at times when using these previous courier services due to poor communication from them and with failed collections, but with Interparcel I've never had a problem. They've been quick to assist and answer any concerns I may have had and it has given me confidence in that I know my packages will be collected promptly and arrive at their destinations safely. I would highly recommend Interparcel to anyone wanting to use them as their preferred business partner. Their costs are competitive and their selection of courier agencies are trustworthy. When sending packages to clients both nationally and internationally I feel that Interparcel have served me best and I look forward to using them again.”

“This was the first time I have used Interparcel.com, having previously used either parcelforce or myHermes. Due to the weight of this parcel (27kg) I wanted a cost effective, but reliable courier service but could not find one until you site came up on a Google search. I couldn't believe the prices you were offering and using known carriers. I did do some further shopping around, but found your site gave me the best price and most importantly the best information for me to decide the price that gave me the best delivery time and insurance for the parcel. I did pay the extra 20p for text on delivery service, well worth it but I needn't have bothered...(see below) Collection was well within the time frame and 12hrs later it had safely arrived at its destination. I had the text I had paid for, but then completely unexpected I also have a pleasant and professional email confirmation from Rachael Smith, one of your customer services advisors, which was a fantastic extra touch, thank you. Please keep up the good work. I will definitely be looking at using you site again in future for my deliveries. Many thanks Richard Summers”
