“I've used Interparcel for several years now and always been very happy with the service, delivery, and price. I recently sent a parcel to Russia which needed to arrive by a certain date, unfortunately it suffered from some import problems and queries (not Interparcel's fault!). I contacted the Interparcel customer service email and found they were very helpful, the advisor Rachael Smith kept me updated on the progress and my parcel was delivered on time. Great to see they back-up their deliveries with good customer service.”

“I spoke to Annelese McBride this morning on the phone after I'd messed up the delivery address on my online parcel order. The phone was answered promptly, problem sorted and a new address label emailed within minutes. 5 Star service - will definitely use again. Thanks”

“Called to check why a parcel had not been collected and found I had mistakenly booked a week later. Sabrina offered to get the parcel collected today. That was 9.00 am. Parcel collected 9.35am No fuss, no extra charge. Can't really fault them.”

“Ordered a parcel to be collected that afternoon. realised there was a complication and needed cancelling, went onto the live chat service expecting it to be too late. Sabrina was extremely helpful and efficient and cancelled my order within minutes!”

“We had a parcel that was not collected on the day by UPS (very unusual). Interparcel respond within 30 minutes and the parcel was collected within ten minutes because the drive was in the area. Excellent service!”
