“As usual I find myself rushing through things like all my relationships and it didn't come as a surprise that I would be in a pickle as a result with my delivery. One failed collection later here I am writing another review of one of the exemplary staff at Interparcel. Not only did Nicole put me at ease but she ensured that my wrongs were corrected. Her professional and collected approach not only resonated with me but it reminded me of a similar encounter I once had with another one of your staff, Sabrina but I digress. Whoever is reading this I want you to go upto Nicole and tell her she's awesome because that lady is a credit to Interparcel. What originally started off as the first link off Google has now become my only domain for courier services and I will never change that provided you keep up the amazing customer service. “Had a small blip leading to a failed collection which was down to my customer, not Interparcel, after live chat with Sabrina it was all sorted and rebooked. Sabrina was extremely helpful and just shows how well a company can perform even if things don't always go to plan! Thanks Sabrina and Interparcel.com”

“As a business we always use Interparcel. Its our go to place for parcel returns. In our business (vinyl records) it enables us to pick the right courier for the job. Customer Service is excellent too. Any problems are dealt with quickly and its never too much trouble. Thank you Rachel Smith for sorting out that last wayward box.”

“I would like to say a big thank you to your customer support representative Stacey McKay. I was having a problem with a tracking number not being recognised. I spoke to Stacey who confirmed that my parcel had been shipped and received at the other end and although my order did not include a signature request there was proof that someone had signed for it. Stacey very kindly sent me an email with all this info on which has been most helpful.”

“Always first class service from Interparcel.Queries always answered professionally and accurately. I had a delivery query recently relating to a consignment being delivered to Japan and was very happy with Rachael Smith's response. I will continue to use Interparcel as I find them very easy to work with and good value for money.”

“Always get good prices online. Recent request was for a parcel to be collected and delivered to myself. Unfortunately I didn't know until collection was refused that the lady sending the parcel did not have a printer so was unable to stick the label on. I had to send to her via post and Stacey Kay kindly arranged recollection.”
