“I have had excellent service and communication from Tasha. She was very good in resolving the problem that I had made. Your booking form won`t allow a forward slash / but so many address`s use this these days especially if it is a house converted into flats /apartments. I always write the slash in but on this occasion I didn`t and that`s when the problem began. Example:- 12/185 became No 12185 Full marks to Tasha for her help.”

“Interparcel is a very convenient and easy to use Courier Broker, being able to use PayPal is ingenious and allows me to keep track far easier than regular couriers. Prices are good too. I have to say that the Customer Service is second to none. Charlie Stocker on a recent failed collection from us was very helpful and rebooked the collection with no hassle and even better no extra charge!! Fantastic Service for over 5 years of using Interparcel. Very happy! Thanks very much!”

“Driver has always been reliable, arrived on time to collect parcel and been polite and friendly. I understand that deliveries are made efficiently at the other end which is pleasing to know and I find the tracking system very useful.”

“I have continued to use Interparcel regularly throughout 2015 and will continue with them in 2016.It is so simple and easy to book with them ... no confusing options or difficult calculations to do! Interparcel continue to give excellent value for the money in what is a very competitive market and I can highly recommend them. Just to note,I do not work for Interparcel. I sell items on Ebay fairly often and need a dependable courier provider service ... Interparcel is just about perfect so give them a try!”

“My parcel was couriered from UK to Venice storage at MACO- ITALIA. I found it to be speedy and efficient and reasonably priced. The parcel arrived safely and in perfect condition. It was collected from a private address which made it easier than taking to an outlet.. I was kept informed of it's arrival at the destination by the company. I would recommend them.”
