“I initially had problems tracking my package (due to an incorrect/changed delivery number) but Stacey Mckay went to a lot of trouble to trace the package and supply me with the correct delivery number. Her help was invaluable.”

“We were unaware that a Courier had not delivered an important "Return Parcel" to one of our Suppliers. Interparcel advised us of the Courier's failure and assisted in ensuring delivery the next morning. On a personal level, we offer many thanks to Stacey McKay of Interparcel for her assistance.”

“Ive used Interparcel hundreds of times for business collections and would highly recommend. The service is incredibly easy to use, the customer support are always prompt (last person who served me was Sabrina, lovely lady), and the couriers never fail to collect between the set hours I specify. Overall this is an excellent company who clearly display professionalism and reliability and as long as the service continues at this impeccably high level we will place a few hundred more collections without hesitation.”

“Used Interparcel before. My parcel hadn't arrived, so I contacted Stacey McKay who emailed me back fast dealing with my question. My parcel turned up an hour after I emailed. Will us again. 1 thing that needs sorting: I paid extra to receive a text message when parcel was collected, this never arrived.”

“I recommend Interparcel all the time to people. I've never found another easier to use and well priced service. And the back up service is great. Today we booked a parcel which the chosen carrier reported they were unable to collect. Instead of leaving us in the lurch, customer service (thanks Stacey McKay) was on it within minutes, upgraded the service to ensure collection and sent new documents through. Can't get any better than that.”
