“I use Interparcel 99.9% of the time due to its good prices and service. Its so easy to get a quick quote, any problems you can give them a call and they'll sort it. They are in my favourites and I just click on Interparcel to get the job done quickly.”

“A good company that make shipping easy. When we have had the odd issue (FedEx's fault) their customer service has been quick to try and resolve the situation. Website could do with tweaking to allow you to change your login details but that's a very minor issue.”

“A friend who also runs a small business recommended Interparcel and they have taken all the aggravation and unprofessionalism I had with my previous parcel carrier away. Drivers are friendly and Customer Service are really helpful if you have a problem. I like the fact that I'm paying for the parcels as I send them. So not a huge bill at the end of the month. I always recommend them because they make my life so much easier.”

“Great value for money. Lovely courier that collects from me . Just a few hiccups with breakage but I think this is lack of respect by employees at the central depot of the parcels they receive. I sent something recently that was made of cast Iron which is near on indestructible- it must have actually been thrown from a great height and with such force to cause the damage. I did claim and was compensated but the item can never be replaced”

“Handy and easy to use - would recommend to friends to use. Only minor improvements I would suggest ie 1) vat number could be saved so I don't have to keep on typing it in everytime 2) Doesn't account for smaller weight parcels that are under 1kg in weight. Not sure if it affects the price but it has come up cheaper on other parcel sites for alot less weight. My parcels are rarely heavy so this would be handy to have.”

“having used the drop off at store option a few times we have found the people in the shop treat you like a nuisance, no ''hello'', no ''can I help you'' no ''thank you'' and just a muffled ''good bye'', in fact barely a word is said which makes it uncomfortable to be there so might have to start looking at other sources of parcel delivery”

“I have used interparcel for several years. Their service is way above that of similar services on the internet. The system is easy to use and the prices offered for the big courier companies are better than offered for own accounts in many cases. The support system is friendly and professional. Interparcel are number one in their field in my opinion and can find a carrier or delivery service for anything from an envelope sized package to huge pallets.”

“Interparcel has revolutionised my parcel sending life! It is incredibly easy to use, very quick, loads of options of services for each package. Saves all those hideous courier forms being filled in and tedious phone calls to TNT etc. which seem to have totally backwards systems. I have been using them for about 4 or 5 years and we haven't lost anything, I have sent things to the wrong country and they have been redirected very, very easily as the label info sent by email can be printed out by anyone and stuck on the parcel wherever it is. Also less hassle for the customers if something goes wrong( ie. having to fill in new forms for a pick up from them etc. ) as they just print out the ready filled in labels and stick them on. A brilliant service. Also the telephone back up is brilliant. Everything get sorted out very quickly and everyone seems to be on it. Never had a problem there.”

“Picked up quickly.I didn't believe it would make it to Yorkshire by the next day but i was wrong. It arrived at 0845hrs.I recommend the text call to let you know it had arrived.It removed any concerns of it's arrival.Good price too!!”

“THE ONLINE SYSTEM IS EASY TO USE MY ONLY BUGBARE IS IF A COLLECTION IS MISSED FOR ANY REASON THEY STILL HAVE YOUR MONEY BUT DO NOT AUTOMATICALLY RE BOOK FOR THE NEXT DAY”
