“When I book with Interparcel I get good service from our local Hermes pickup drivers. Its easy to track my goods on line until they are delivered. Usually arrive safe and sound within a few days using Hermes. Only lost one package since started using Hermes via Interparcel and was reimbursed for cost plus value of goods with no problem.”

“used your service several times but recently bad experience. Couried did not turn up and no card was left. rebooked only tyo find out next day after parcel should be collected that it was previusly collected.”

“Very efficient and much cheaper than sending a parcel by post - plus you don't have to go to the post office and there is no queuing behind someone taking ages. The only drawback is it won't accept my collection address as a business one so I have to get in an hour early - in fact I always have the same man collecting and he arrives about 11-12 midday but I still get in early just in case. I will continue to use it for posting out large and heavy parcels.”

“Easy website and very user friendly, polite staff, quick to answer the hone and resolve any issues which are very few and far between. Interparcel are very competitive on prices too. All in all the best shipping company by far.”

“I've used Interparcel a couple of times and find the website very easy and straightforward to use. When the results come up there is a full range of delivery options and prices to choose from. A few clicks later and collection has been arranged and you can even choose to get text messages confirming progress and delivery. I don't know why anyone would use another website, Interparcel tick all the boxes for me. Thanks for making it so easy.”

“Have been using Interparcel for a couple of years now and have never had a problem that couldn't be resolved quickly and efficiently. Am hoping that they will one day introduce a "clubcard" type saving for regular customers who don't need to sign up for account facilities and such.”

“Haven't used this site before but found it quick and easy to use. I liked the fact I could see a 'menu' of options. I had a question and it was answered very quickly (on a Sunday evening) so I'm impressed so far!”

“I tried to sell a computer on eBay a while ago using MyHermes and it was a total disaster. I got the PC back and it looked like a hammer was taken to it, plus the hard drive was destroyed. I fixed it and resold the PC and mailed with InterParcel this time, which was only a couple of pound more expensive then Hermes and it also included next day delivery. The package arrived in good condition, which was my main concern, so I'm happy and will use it again for sending computers. Even though PC's are restricted, if it came to it I know the law is on my side so if the package is damaged I would settle it in court and win :p”

“So interparcel, they claim to be a lot of things, they grab your attention by saying that they are cheap and offer great customer service. So you book a parcel collection and delivery, pay them money (nearly ?50 in my case), wait in all day and then your parcel is not collected. I contacted interparcel and got hold of a Charlie Stocker, who then informed me that no matter what my receipt and order confirmation says, Interparcel do not guarentee to collect your parcel. They take your money but do not provide the service they promise. Did i get an apology? Nope. Did i get anything? No. I got a very rude customer service assistant being rude and accusing me of being stupid. AVOID AT ALL COSTS THREE DAYS LATER- NO COLLECTION!! Have now cancelled my order and at 9pm last night rebooked with another company who collected my parcel at mid day today. Now that is service. Interparcel charged me a lot of money for supposed 24 hour service and left me 3 days. Every day i phoned, emailed and used their online help, every day i got told the same old rubbish, they blamed the courier and promised me that they had phoned the courier and that the courier had assured them that it would be collected the next day. It wasn't. Interparcel have now lost the custom of myself, the charity that i run and many other people who are disgusted by the way that i have been treated. In a competitive world companies like this sink without a trace and Interparcel will do unless they buck their ideas up.”

“I've used Interparcel for some considerable time now and I've found them to be excellent value and reliable. I don't use any other site to book a courier. I should also add that the customer service officers, in the rare event I've had to call them, have always been very polite and helpful.”

“I regularly send parcels to my family in Germany and used to use Royal Mail. Then a friend put me on to Interparcel. Its at least one third of the price I used to pay and even without the "Express" service Its always there within five working days. Wouldn't use anyone else now,”
