“Went on line and registered then weighed my parcel on our bathroom scales.Put in the weight and size and it was priced accordingly. Printed off the details and fixed it to the parcel. The price was excellent and all we had to do was drop it off at the chosen shop. It was delivered with no problems and arrived quickly. very efficient service. Will definitely use this company again as it saved all the hassle of waiting in the Post Office which is much more expensive. Cant recommend enough.”

“I made two bookings for collection today on interparcels website. Today is Sunday and it's 8.30pm. I made an error with one of the bookings and needed amending . I emailed interparcel and asked them to contact me first thing tomorrow before collection to change the order. Well I couldn't believe that I have just got an email reply from Becky Blythe at interparcel refunding my order so I can do it correctly again. She e-mailed me at 9pm! What amazing service!! Thank you Becky”

“I had a problem with 'UPS' COURIER SERVICES booked through Interparcel.... 'UPS' COURIER SERVICE basically messed up a delivery. Josie Smith from Interparcel Customer Services, sorted it all out.... even a full refund. So I still use Interparcel as GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE ...”

“Was so frustrated when I needed to send an individual parcel quickly and at short notice. All of the couriers that I contacted wanted me to have an account. Found everything so easy to do and goods were delivered hassle free. Have used again since.”

“Some things don't run to plan and that's OK as whenever I've had a problem, Interparcel's team have been ready to help where they can. I never have any difficulty getting hold of them and they are always polite and efficient. Not only that but the pricing is excellent and the website easy to navigate and use. Thank you”

“I have used Interparcel about 8-10 times now, I am a small business and dont want to hold UPS - DHL Accounts and the change in the post office is awful, such miserable unhelpful people serving in 2 closest to me, so for parcel & package postal I use the Interparcel set up all the time. Its easy to use, all couriers and drop shops are always extremely helpful patient and polite, but the icing on the cake is the price, excellent value for the service, today sending a 3 kg parcel to Bedford with tracking service, collected at my home in Bath, 3 day service, self printed labels provided, but I would wager from past experience it will be there tomorrow a for ?5.39. inc VAT. I have and would recommend this to anyone, 4 new customers have used it on my recommendation and none have been disappointed. By the way I don't work for Interparcel.”

“I enjoy the service from city link and mostly use them. I have gone for the option of Interparcel only to find out that its DPD. who phone me to tell me they can't collect during the morning which I had booked and paid for and that the driver will come at 5pm. Why have slots then? The customer service at Interparcel will then brush you off in these cases and simply say we can't do anything. Well I haven't used the others through Interparcel so no comment here although I have an opinion from experience. The prices on Interparcel are competitive and they offer compensation for most things I have courier although I have never had an instant where I had to make a claim. so they do collect at most and deliver. But I think this is down to City Link and not Interparcel as such.”

“Interparcel are & have always been my first port of call when I need a delivery service for my sales. Always great prices, cheaper than other services that I could use for my sales. They always collect at the times you ask & delivery is super fast & safe. It is also very easy & striaght forward to set up.”

“I send out fragile stone products every week. I use interparcel for most of my parcels. Wide choice of carriers - the UPS/interparcel service I have found to be particularly reliable and safe. Very rare to get breakages.”
