I have used Interparcel a number of times now and found that they provide and excellent and professional business service. Recently when I needed to cancel an order, the customer service representative I spoke to (Charlie Stocker) was extremely helpful and reimbursed our account immediately in addition to confirming an alternative delivery schedule. Hi Linda, from looking into the order I can see that this was delayed because the invoice was missing from the item. I can see this has now been resolved.

We had an issue today where the wrong address had been inputed on the delivery, we called your office and spoke to a Louana Pyzer whom was extremely helpful.

Although Interparcel performed ok themselves, the Carrier company (UPS) were appalling and we would not be using them again

Always great service. It can't be easy having to deal with both 3rd party companies AND customers, but Interparcel has always been great to me and the many MANY parcels I've sent. They have live chat Monday to Friday which is invaluable :) And Rachael who handled my issue today was very professional - as they all are. Overall, I'll keep using Interparcel (as long as their prices are competitive).

Have used Interparcel for several years now and find them very efficient and easy to use' Yesterday had to contact out of hours as my shipping label had not been received. I sent an email enquiry form and received a very quick resolution to my problem with a shipping label received by return. Many thanks to James Giffen who dealt with my enquiry in a quick , friendly and efficient manner - thank you James.
