“hi Mr/Mrs survey manager, I've used interparcel many times and today I was worried about receiving my parcel and I was speaking to Sabrina online. She was extremely proffesional and was very prompt in dealing with my many requests. I was completely reassured and felt at ease even though there was absolutley nothing could do since I was stuck in a 3 hour environmental control systems. I did suggest she should get herself a mocha after such a blisteringly good performance. A true testament to the amazing customer service level of interparcel staff. A woman of her calibre should definitley be promoted to chief customer support officer. Once again I can not stress enough how good she was. I would definitley use interparcel again. My tracking number was 951224731449. Regards Abdi”

“We use Interparcel frequently and don't generally have any issues, we had a delay on a timed delivery recently but a call to the helpline was followed up swiftly by James Giffen via email and was resolved swiftly and we received a prompt refund. We will continue to use Interparcel for our small parcel despatches, competitive prices and this swift response to a problem are both factors in their favour. Andy, @Northerntrack.”

“We sent an important parcel to an address that is very new so doesn't show up on most sat navs - It was great to get an email from your employee Nicole Rowland to say it had been delivered and signed for - It put my mind at rest and highlighted that Nicole is a credit to your company in going that extra bit further in her care for your customers.”
