I've used Interparcel many times and never had any problems at all. Brilliant service. Just now though, having booked a collection for Monday morning, I heard from the collection addressee that he'd forgotten a funeral he had to go to so could I change the collection to Tuesday? My heart sank when I realised that the phone lines were already closed for the weekend and to be honest I wondered if it were even possible to cancel and rearrange. I then tried the live chat line and, never having done that before, anywhere, I was doubtful. Within seconds I was connected to Becky Blyth who very quickly, efficiently and politely got it all sorted. I was absolutely amazed, such a great service. Please thank Becky very much indeed! I would recommend Interparcel to anyone seeking good affordable carriage charges either in the UK mainland or overseas. Interparcel are always competetive and the tracking service is ultra efficient. A problem was encountered placing an order using Paypal for the payment. The payment was taken but the order was not confirmed. I contacted Interparcel by phone and spoke to Louana who arranged for PayPal to refund the payment very promptly. The 'good' rating reflects her efficient response to resolve problem. I have always found Interparcel to be very reliable, and having encountered a problem with a delivery recently, the staff at interparcel very helpful, and resolved the problem.

Been using this company for 5 years or so, good pricing and have had reliable deliveries via UPS and FedEx. Have sent something like 1500 shipments, only one has gone astray. Drop off option for UPS excellent value, and is usually next day. Avoid Hermes, slow and tracking useless.

Although i did have a few problems over the weekend with shipping labels and items not appearing in my account history i was very happy with the service and price. All items have now been delivered. Nicole was extremely helpful and managed to sort out refunds that were due to me.

I had never heard of Interparcel, I won an item on EBay and the seller suggested Interparcel as she had used them previously. We had both searched the Internet for a deal, the lowest we found was £30 ranging up to £76! Interparcel worked out at £18. They went to pick up the parcel on the appointed date and due to my error, went to the wrong address. No problem at all, collection was rescheduled for the next day, no penalty incurred. Collection went ahead and delivery followed the next day, (150 mile trip). The parcel arrived in good order,mI couldn't be more satisfied with service I received, thank you. Having used your service while I was at work,I have continued in retirement.on a recent problem that arose I emailed Nicole Rowland who responded promptly,followed through with ups and kept me informed. With the result the problem was sorted and parcels delivered safely.many thanks shall not hesitate to care on using the service and never have any doubt in recommending.
