“I'm not a regular sender of parcels, but when I do I always use the Interparcel/UPS Economy service. In over 3 years I have probably sent about 25 different shipments and every one has been delivered next day without fail, in perfect condition. I also use the UPS Drop-Off service and that saves you a couple of quid, as well as meaning you are not waiting in for UPS to collect. Yes, it is a bit cheaper to use Hermes or Collect Plus, but quite frankly I want the peace of mind that UPS provide.”

“I have used this service for over a year,I have always found it to be reasonably priced and the couriers have always collected on time.I have not had any problems with deliveries.Overall,this is an excellent Courier service.”

“Since first using Interparcel 4 years ago, I now use them whenever I need to send parcels anywhere in the world. Is a quick and easy service to use and if I have ever had any problems, have always been quick to help. Great for small businesses like mine, they will find the best prices for you in a flash, so you don't have to spend half a day going through countless websites to get quotes.”

“...I have to keep typing addresses and telephone numbers in every time. It's a cheap and reliable service that we always use, but a real pain to use for a time-strapped person. Sort it out please. Loads of people must have made this complaint.”

“I had an odd shaped parcel to send and I used Interparcel and it was dead easy to use. I needed some help with a slight issue I had and used the live chat which was fast and efficient, much better and quicker than phoning a call centre. I would definitly use again.”

“We have been using interparcel for some time. We used to use several different intrnet delivery services but Interparcel prices were always lower. We have been approached by Couriers who want our overseas shipping business but they have not been able to match the Interparcel prices.”
