“Inter parcel have always treated me fairly with good reliable service that I can't say a bad word about the company. Reasonable rates with a selection of services. I will continue to use them as long as I receive the service I have been getting.”

“Initially found the experience a bit frustrating, the main issue was the issuing of a shipping label. When I booked I received an email that said, among other things , that a shipping label would be issued shortly and that without one the driver would have to supply and therefore would incur extra cost. I don't work near a PC so had to have someone check now and again for the label, after four hours there was no label so called Interparcel ( from Ireland) to be told that as the parcel was going to Ireland ( from Suffolk) the driver would supply the label... Nowhere on the website could I find an explanation. I also had a query on the tracking number issued which needed another call and I have to say on both occasions the person I spoke with was pleasant and helpful. Now I know how the system works I will use Interparcel again and the courier service (DPD) I chose delivered quickly and hassle free.”

“I have used Interparcel a lot. I find the prices are competitive and I particularly like being able to drop my parcels off at a nearby shop, meaning that I don't have to wait in for the courier to collect. Recently there was a mishap with a parcel and the item was unfortunately broken on arrival. The recipient emailed me some photos of the damaged item and the wrapping which I passed onto Interparcel. I got a full refund for the item value and the postal cost within days. I received no arguments, kindly correspondence and a sincere apology. Of course it was a shame the item was broken but the response I received from Interparcel could not be bettered. I am continuing to use them whenever a courier service is required.”

“I have used other parcel deliveries but have rarely been satisfied since finding inter parcel I have not used any other. I have used at least once every week a I can honestly say I have never ever been let down at all. I am blind and need to be Abel to put my trust in my deliveries and this is exactly what I do with inter parcel. Thankyou!”

“Was unsure about using the service to satrt with as I have had bad experiences with different couriers but UPS !!! Wow No problems to date and excellent service. The only slight issue I have is that they tell you that the store will call you when your parcel is ready to collect but on most occasions they dont but that's the only negative on the service. It might be that it's the shops fault and nothing to do with UPS, really not sure but will continue to use without looking else where!”

“I use this service every time I need to send a parcel to my daughter in Canada. Its fast, convenient and reliable. Parcels have always arrived within a week at the most which is more than can be said for the major domestic service and it's cheaper too ! I would recommend this company to everyone. Service is great - pick up from your home so no messing about going to post offices and you can track it's whereabouts every step of the way right up to the moment of delivery.”

“Only negative, feedback is that I choose a sturdy cardboard box and wrapped the box securely in brown paper as I had to then firm up what the actual package weight would be. I then make the 4kg booking and find in the confirmation email advice not to use Brown paper! Bit late now that it is all warped msecurely!!!”

“I have used Interparcel for a number of years, but never used the "deliver by 9:00" option. However, a customer really needed some parts quickly and wanted the early delivery option. I was a bit sceptical about the promise, but it worked! This is a great service for our small company that doesn't qualify for the cheaper rates with the big name couriers, but can still access them”

“Excellent service good number of options to suit all type of courier delivery requirements. several payment options including paypal which is safe. I tend to use My hermes most of the time and have received excellent reliable service all round.”
