“I WENT TO THE POST OFFICE THIS MORNING AND WAS CHARGED A FORTUNE TO SEND A SMALLISH PACKAGE WEIGHING 3KG TO YORK OVER 13GBP I CAME BACK AND THOUGHT THERE MUST BE AN EASIER WAY CHECKED THE WEB FOUND INTERPARCEL AND COULD NOT BELIEVE IT THEY COME TO ME COLLECT AND DELIVER TO N/YORKSHIRE A 7KG BOX FOR 10QUID!!!! HOW CAN THAT BE. ONE THING I KNOW IS ITS INTERPARCEL FOR ME EVERYTIME CHEERS”

“Always use this because it is so trustworthy and fast- and it's never gone missing! We've had nightmare experiences with parcels taking over a month to Greece and things missing but this is secure, fast and reliable. I would recommend it to anyone.”

“After going to the Post Office with my parcel and being shocked at the price to send it. I went on Interparcel and found many options to chose from. Chose one that suited and was very happy with the service they provided. Will always use them from now on.”

“if you use interparcel heres my advise, NEVER use city link, time and time again they do not collect, in average 3 in 5 are fails from my own bookings, this is when booked through interparcel as when ive used them through other places not had an issue so i just now assume they dont make enough money on from interparcel as there parcels are least important, i only use city link when i have something collected from somewhere else and delivered to me as there is no need to print a label, well worth spending the time printing a label and having ups deliver your good, i have even had city link return a parcel after 1 delivery attempt but thats not interparcels fault although another minor issue is when parcels do get returned they dont come back to you they go to city link office TO SAVE MONEY go down to 2 days service and use INTERPRCEL ECONOMY i have used it maybe 100 times or more and 100% has arrived the next day after collection as its UPS and UPS only do next day, they are also very good at collecting, although every time i have used the option to say collect before 2pm they always phone and say they wont make it so useless option really. things they needs to do to provide a better service is get a normal number rather than charge people to call them on an 0845 number and have a word with city link as there shocking”

“This was the first time that we used a courier service, so we were unsure of what sort of service to expect. We did everything online and the website is easy to follow. Even though we placed our order on a bank holiday the parcel was collected from us promptly the following day, and was delivered the next day, even though we only used the economy option. We would certainly use this courier again.”

“I needed to return bath front and end panels to a supplier I purchased from on line. You enter size and weight measurements and get an immediate price. The whole process was very easy, all booked and paid for from my laptop at home. You print out 3 different forms/labels, with instructions of what to put where. The driver collects your items from your home, signs your copy of paperwork. All done! I paid 20p extra to get a delivery confirmation text alert. Which I received including the name of who has signed for the items. Very good. Would use again.”

“Easy to follow on-line instructions, I have used the service a couple of times to send parcels to Scotland from the midlands and items have arrived intact and on the day stated. Definitely use this service in the future for my courier items.”
