“Very quick and easy to send a parcel through Interparcel and much cheaper than Royal Mail. I will use it again and recommend it.”

“I use interparcel all the time for work and every now and then for personal use and I love it. So useful being able to choose a pickup time that works for me and for larger/heavier parcels it is so much cheaper than using Royal Mail. I only ever use the 'Interparcel' branded services (always seems to be operated by UPS who i think are very good) as I have had bad experiences with both hermes & TNT. I have also once used the service where you drop off to store and the receiver collects from another near-by store. I was amazed this only cost ?1 and it worked really well. Prices are so much cheaper than if you go direct to the companies. Haven't yet had any problems after around 2 years of using Interparcel and find them a trustworthy company. Highly recommended.”

“Very pleased with this delivery service, especially as Parcelforce collected in the morning, normally I would have expected late afternoon collection for a rural location. Delivery was on schedule, only three working days separated by an Easter weekend to a non EEC European address. Great service implemented as stated”

“Moved away from a local provider as they did not offer the flexibility of service. With Inteparcel i know that i can choose my courier, suggest times for pickup and get an SMS text when my parcel is delivered.”

“Sent a 14kg parcel. Booking process was easy, price was good. I entered the wrong address but one call to the customer service centre and they sorted it out very easily and the parcel was delivered the very next day.”

“A super way to have your parcel/goods delivered at an affordable price. The only small hitch is to be able to pin-point a more specific time for parcel to be picked up as the sender could be waiting in from 9am until 6pm. A super service, well done.”

“I have been using Interparcel for a few years now. It's easy to book online with them and there is a very good choice of carriers. I have only had one parcel damaged and the claim was settled very quickly with no hassle. Gripes: recent changes to the booking system waste my time, such as having to say yes or no to text messages every time I book a parcel. They are also more expensive than parcels2go if using UPS as the carrier.”
