“Placed an order on the 18th of April, today is 25 of April, parcel is still not collected. Missed collection on the 22nd as was at work. (really stupid that it is not possible to book some specific time and you have to stay at home/office from 9 till 5 to make sure that they come and collect it.). Booked another collection on the 23rd from my neighbours address, but still driver tried to collect it from my address (really bad organised company, not capable to inform their drivers where to collect items from). Nobody even came on Thursday and today. Fed up with 'excellent' service, called and cancelled order. Will use different company, this one is absolutely useless... Just waisted my time.”

“I sent a parcel on a Wednesday by Collect+ to a moderately remote part of Scotland. This was the only carrier offered by Interparcel on this occasion. When I booked, I was reminded of the remote location, and as a consequence was informed the parcel wouldn't be delivered until the Monday. It didn't actually arrive until Tuesday, despite tracking showing that it had arrived at the nearest depot on the Friday morning. The tracking info given used an abbreviation which made no sense, and so I had no way of finding out what was going on. This caused some problems and anxiety for both me and the recipient. I wouldn't trust delivery dates given for Collect+ in the future, and probably wouldn't use that service again.”

“I found the web page nice and easy to navigate and pick what service I wanted before sending my parcel. I will gladly use this service again. However I do have a suggestion to make. I would have liked the person who collected the package to be more identifiable, perhaps with a pass/photo card. He arrived at my home in an ordinary car and it was'nt until my parcel was barcode scanned that I was comfortable to let go of my parcel. On the whole I am extremely pleased with the service and I loved how easy it was to select what service I needed and kept well informed all the way along with the tracking system. Great!”

“When parcels arrive with boot prints on them you know someone cares. Fragile handle with care even handle with care please is a foreign language. Same to be said for all carriers though. when we find a carrier that does respect peoples goods we would use them exclusively. On the plus side The costs are very reasonable, parcels are delivered on time, the drivers at my end are always courteous and seem to be careful with the goods. Ps I do not accept any terms and conditions as below . For chrissakes I am doing a survey for your benefit, by reading this you are accepting my terms and conditions. Have a nice weekend. “Can recommend the Interparcel Premium as uses UPS and Insurance cover per parcel is up to ?150 before extra cover has to be bought. Booking collection and delivery day on line and choice of services offered / prices good. (Web site has character limits on names and addresses -- guess so not to exceed the bar coded label size--- but if long a few attempts needed to cut down / still be meaningful) . Strong, very polite and helpful UPS collection Driver made short work of carrying 23 Kg boxes and collected well within time slot . Tracking Parcels on Interparcel.com --- perfect -- so many regular timed updates of where Parcels were on journey and I saw signature of person who was named to receive them. I paid few pence extra for SMS to confirm delivery and got both SMS shortly after the early 10:45 delivery. At appx ?17 (incl Vat) each to collect from my home, ship and deliver next day for 10:45 hrs in UK 2 large boxes each of 23 Kg weight by UPS tracked, signed for and insurance cover up to ?150 per box as standard --- Is a Brilliant first class Premium Service at a good economic price!”

“The choice of option is easy to understand on the web site. Communication is good and the pick-up and delivery service were great (although I know that was out of Interparcel's hands). One slip up though - I did book to be sent a message on my mobile when delivery occurred, but nothing turned up, was waste of .23p! Have used in the past and will use them again!”

“I have had nothing but excellent service from InterParcel over the past few years. The procedure is quick and well thought out, the range of prices is excellent too, as is the pick-up that is always on time. And getting my book shipments from the UK to Texas - often in only 2 days! - simply can't be beaten.”

“I can't praise Interparcel highly enough. I booked the parcel in over the Easter weekend, it was collected as promised on Tuesday, and delivered to Sweden on Friday. The tracking process was quick and clear at every stage of the journey.”

“My daughter/Son in law and 3 grandchildren moved to Spain 14 months ago.I have sent 5 parcels in that time and they have arrived on time or earlier. Their have been several couriers but UPS was the best by far with the continuos tracking up date information,Other couriers updated tracking when the parcel was in the uk but when it arrived overseas it was a bit lax,for instance my daughter said the parcel had arrived but when I checked the tracking 3+ hrs later it said it was still in transit,but otherwise no real complaints. So easy to book the price for sending a parcel was excellent . Would certainly recommend to friends and family”

“I started to panic about delivery and emailed customer services as it was getting late in the day. I was shortly updated by Charlie Stocker Customer Services Advisor of the whereabouts of my parcel with the re-assurance it was on its way. Sure enough, although late in the day it arrived. I don't know why I get worked up when it gets late in the day, delivery is always made on the day requested. I'm very pleased with the service.”
