“Interparcel.com is great when booking courier and long distant items abroad however sometimes items can be mistreated carelessly and be damaged in the post in which claims have to be made and you wait ages for this problem to be identified. Also certain subcompanies like city link will always lie and really make problems for you especially when you book a courier to collect with them avoid them like the plaugue. For example the City link office depot is five minutes from my house and the excuse they will give you is there is no parking SPACE what???!!!. However a massive thumbs up for UPS which is the interparcel standard service by far the best value service there is. All in all a 3 star from me.”

“I liked the site and being able to book online is a real bonus! The only thing that was a bit frustrating was being timed out, as I was putting in someone else's details, so I had to keep reinputting! But apart from that it was easy to use.”

“Best way I know of getting a parcel sent. Easy to find the right price, right service, etc. No faffing about - package up your item, weigh it, measure it, then arrange the courier through interparcel. Then wait for it to be picked up (in my case anyway)! Painless.”

“A good service on the whole, but this service has a pretty relaxed attitude when no courier turns up and business is lost, so I have experienced a very bad service twice now. And no responsibility taken and a very badly handled service when the service has badly gone wrong”

“Easy to follow service, loads of choice, but address didn't come up correct (put me in the wrong county!) so had to type it all in again, correctly, for the card payment details, bit of a pain. Also, did 2 transactions on the same day (unusual) but had to fill everything in twice, maybe a password and stored details would make it less time consuming?”

“I researched couriers and selected INTERPARCEL. Just measure your parcel and weigh it, then transfer your details and select the courier that suits your needs. I selected Hermes as I have used them before and found the service excellent. You just have to download the details, pay the carriage charge, stick the labels to your parcel and it will be collected the very next day without you having to leave the house. The prices are the best ones around too. Full marks”
