“We've been using Interparcel for about 3 years and have almost not problems. When they have occurred they've been dealt with very quickly. They are always good value, collections and deliveries are reliable and I wouldn't have any reservation in recommending them.”

“This company's website is so easy to use, just type in where the parcel is going from, where it's going too, the size and weight and away you go. You get a list of the couriers, what type of service and how much. Use them all the time for all my parcels.”

“I use Interpacel to send 19kg boxes and the service is excellent. However I spoke to an Interparcel rep. lately as I send about 1200 packages per year : weighing 5 & 10kg: using Myhermes. I was informed that as the collection address was domestic Interparcel could not give a competative price but if the collection address had been commercial then they would have been interested. This seems like a blinkered policy but I'll be pleased to trade with Myhermes.”

“Apart from an initial 'glitch' which must have been a computer connection problem (it would not let me go past the first stage of booking) excellent, easy to book and collection today even though it was almost 12noon. I have dealt with Interparcel for many years and they get better as time passes. Very good.”

“We needed to send a bridesmaid's dress to our daughter who is living abroad. Having used Interparcel before, we checked out the competition (twice as expensive) just to be sure. The website was easy to use and it took about 5 minutes from start to finish (including sticking the labels on the parcel.) The service cannot be bettered.”

“This was the first time that we had requested a pick up for a parcel to be delivered, as we usually use the post office. It was so easy to do on line, even down to printing the label. The Service was excellent, we were able to ask for a pick up time, with in reason, and the parcel arrived the following day at a much cheaper price than I thought. We will definitely use Interparcel.com again. Thank You for being so professional and efficient.”

“The company provided a first class service that gave a choice of delivery options. I chose City Link. Their driver collected my parcel in the morning as arranged and it was delivered to my customer by 3pm the next day. My customer praised the packaging which indicates that handling was good by the delivery personnel. I will use the service again, in fact I have more parcels to go out today. Highly recommended!”
