“Not only was my parcel collected within 24 hours of my placing the order but it was delivered to the other end of the country the next day even though I had paid for a 2-3 day service. Brilliant service at a third of the cost Royal Mail had quoted me!”

“We find Interparcel to be one of the better brokers as they have a telephone customer service. So if it does go wrong then you can contact someone, who will usually help resolve the issue. This is not the case with their rivals. With the couriers you get what you pay for. Don't send anything which is not indestructible via myHermes, because they will do their upmost to destroy it. The interparcel economy service (UPS) is a much better bet.”

“After a few shipments i got in with a bad company (Hermes) that did not pick up the parcel. after my complaint it got settled quickly and professional. I do wish for more options on pallet or half pallet shipping, then this service would be my first choice every time.”

“Although it was a bit,in depth at first,and not being very computer literate,having to print off labels etc,was a bit of a challenge, but as quickly as I got around that! So was my parcel collected and delivered! The "text track"service,great idea and we'll worth the little extra!! No!!"has he got it......must still be at work that's why he,s not called...!!!" Getting next parcel ready now!!!”
