“Dreadful company, dreadful customer service, nobody I've spoken to (5 people now?) is capable o returning a phone call and not one single person actually cares about what they do. Completely and utterly useless. AVOID!! (My parcels, 2 weeks late, got sent back and I still haven't received them or a refund for the service I paid for!)”

“I've been using Interparcel for years now, it has always come up trumps. A very efficient service, and very reasonable prices, in fact the cheapest around I've used them to ship worldwide, and never had anything go missing. I would recommend to all. Well done, keep it up! regards Dave H”

“Used Interparcel to have guitar in case collected from a seller some way away. It gave me multiple choices of carriers, speed of delivery & prices. Booked online & did live chat with customer services for a special timing request. That too was great. Very pleased with overall service - hope courier does their bit as well. Have used Interparcel before & will do so again & would recommend.”

“I came across Interparcel when my normal carrier of choice stopped accepting my parcels as I was only sending out 4 or 5 per month. After a fruitless trawl of the other major players I came across Interparcel. They offered the opportunity to select from several carriers but without the minimum useage they had all insisted on. It's great that I can book a carrier for the same day collection, and not worry about whether they will turn up. After 2 years using Interparcel I would recommend them to anybody.”

“Some of the booking process is not as easy as it could be, and it is easy to "lose" it and have to start again. The best parcel-company "agent" is/was Collect-my-Parcel P4D. Easy to use and correct if something went wrong. We only stopped using them last year as they didnt offer UPS and City-Link failed to collect several times when after they were taken over. We went to Click-my Parcel but they seem to have disappeared last week. Hence we have come back to you after we tried you briefly last year. Also you should offer Paypal without extra charge. Others do, and it is frustrating to have to get the wallet and credit card out, enter all the figures, at 9pm at night after a hard days work when 2 or 3 clicks will enable Paypal to pay without an extra charge.”

“Generally happy with the service. I probably use the service about twice per month on average; some UK based but mostly abroad. The price is usually good, compared to an individual booking with the courier directly, but I have noticed the prices have increased quite substantially. I have had some occasions when the courier does not turn up for collection when arranged, but (touch wood!) this is not 'often'. Usually the packages arrive when Interparcel say they will, if not before. Tracking sometimes seems a little slow to update.”
