“Can't believe my luck at choosing this company. It was the least expensive, collection and delivery exactly as required and notified of delivery within a few minutes of it being done. I had an emergency and couldn't be at home for the collection, I left a note on my door asking that it be collected from another address and had to hope the driver would oblige. Thank you driver, thank you Interparcel for an excellent reliable service.”

“I needed to send a large package to Australia. Quick entry of details and then up pop the options, supplier, price and delivery speed. Made my choice, entered necessary (minimal) detail and arrangement made with documents ready to print. Wow, it doesn't need to be hard after all!”

“I've used Interparcel a nomber of times over the last 3-4 years and always found them quick and reliable and have never had anything but a positive experience from them. I find the website and booking a courier process very user friendly and would have know hesitation in recommending interparcel to friends and family.”

“It is great to be able to pick one site and have the full options in front of me on one page, with all prices shown and all delivery dates stated........the fast on screen interactive transaction is a dream. I can organize my shipments in 5 minutes without speaking to anyone, meaning no delays using horrible automated answering machines....before being told 'COMPUTER SAY'S NO'!!!! Great site, great service, great options, fantastic prices!!!!! Peter”

“We deal with Interparcel all the time and on the odd occasion things do go pear shaped. We have just had an issue with an admin problem not on the side of Interparcel themselves but with Parcel Force. Katy was an absolute star and kept at it via email and phone until she got it sorted out for us. Shame it won't always be Katy Hall on the other end of the phone!!”

“Having been quoted close to ?20 to send a parcel from the local parcel depot,which I gracefully declined,I took to the computer when home and discovered Interparcel. The service is easy to use,the options relative to the speed of delivery required is excellent and the parcel is collected from,in my case,home. The pick-up was booked late afternoon yesterday and was collected by City Link @ 10 a.m. this morning.The price,almost half of what I was quoted locally and a super service. A 100% recommendation from me.”

“My 33kg box was collected in Hertfordshire on Tuesday at 6 o'clock in the evening and is here with me ( safe and sound ) on today ( Thursday ) at midday in the Limousin in France. I've used Interparcel before and can't think of a reason to try anyone else.”
