“I've only needed to use Interparcel on a couple of occasions but i have been pleasntly surprised each time. The website is very user friendly - not hassle at all. I would highly recommend.”

“For a company like us that does not send large numbers of packages there can be no better choice. Interparcel make it simple to send items by giving us the most user-friendly website with so many alternatives to choose from. The missing element for us is a service for heavier/bulkier items, perhaps on a pallet.”

“Mailing out goods for a small business - well for us - was in the least awkward and sometimes a pain and always very costly, unreliable and usually slow. Interparcel has meant that we can keep our next day deliveries in the UK to under ?10 for a rack rate service normally 2 or 3 times that. We have even sent many parcels to Sweden and the Far-east hassle-free at low cost with a top ranked courier (UPS). We don't have to leave our premises - it's collected!! I have recommended you to many friends and associates with confidence. Great service and easy to use website.”

“I have now used Interparcel a number of times to send things to my family in Ireland. It is so much quicker , and cheaper than the post office and is completely reliable. The staff are always cheerful and helpful . I'm really glad I found this service and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.”

“Very useful site to see difference in postal rates which you can compare with others or the post office. I like the idea of handing the parcel into one of the pick up points to further reduce cost of individual home collections”

“When arranging the shipping of my parcel, one of the questions asked me to choose a time-slot for collection. I chose 10:30-13:30. I was then advised that this slot was available, and I went ahead with the booking. After payment, I received the relevant paperwork, which stated that the courier collecting my parcel operated between 09:00-17:00, but would try to call within my time-slot. I had to stay at home all day, they came at 16:40. If I had known that I would have to wait like this, I would have booked for another day, or even tried an alternative courier. It seems pointless, and misleading to ask customers to choose a time convenient for themselves, when there is no intention of adhering to it.”

“Go onto the website, choose the parcel delivery service that suits your need, the time of pickup (4 hour span), and pay. Then print out and attach the labels and wait for the collection man to call. A quick scan of the parcel and it's on it's way. Pay 24p for a text to confirm that it's been delivered. Simplicity for parcels.”

“Very easy to use service, and perfect for finding the right service for any given parcel size or weight. Can't see why you'd use anything else. Being emailed the labels to print out and stick on the parcel is just the icing on the cake :) Thank you.”
