“Now, unless I really have to I absolutely refuse to use the Royal Mail. Their service and costs are appalling. My friend told me about interparcel.com and these are always the first people I consider, they offer such a good variety of options for delivery. Plus if a package is going into his car I feel that it will actually make to its destination in one piece rather than chucked onto a pile at the post office.”

“Have used Interparcel to arrange collection of parcels from home for several years. There are a good choice of couriers to use for your needs at different prices. Easy online quote system and they take plenty of payment options. If you have a problem you normally get a quick reply to emails to.”

“Couldn't find any local drop off points - used online chat and received an answer straight away - the postcode needed a gap after the first four digits (might help if it said so or the program worked it out for itself?). Delivery was really quick and very cheap for a heavy parcel. Will use again so long as this performance keeps up. Royal mail small parcels must be suffering as so overpriced.”

“I use interparcel standard mainly which uses UPS. Perhaps I am lucky to have to have a good UPS driver (although they all seem good) but I can rely on them to be on time and courteous. A little more expensive than the budget my hermes or collect plus but far more reliable and much quicker.”

“Having costed postage on sending a Tenor Horn in the post decided to give Interparcel a go. Cost just over ?10 compared with ?29 for Royal Mail it was a bit of a no brainer considering the assigned carrier turned out to be DHL. Item was collected from the door, all labels having been sent via email. I had a tracking number so that not only could my customer see the progress of the parcel but so could I. Reached its destination, in one piece, signed for and on time. Will definitely use them again.”
