“I've used Interparcel for years for both UK & overseas parcels. It's simple to use, and a lot more economical for parcels over 2kg than Royal Mail or Parcelforce. On the very rare occasions that there have been problems over the delivery, Interparcel has been prompt & efficient in sorting it out. I use UPS & FedEx through Interparcel, and I have never lost a parcel.”

“This is the first time I've used them, but I thought I give them a try as they were slightly cheaper than anyone else. They delivered a fragile item on time, intact and the purchaser was delighted, hence so was I!”

“Found the service simple and easy to follow, as well as being competitive in price. Parcel was collected promptly by a very pleasant agent who was more than happy to answer any questions I had. Very straight forward transaction. Hopefully delivery will be as stated and go as smoothly as collection was. Would recommend to anyone.”

“Great idea, having a broker that manages several couriers online. Getting a parcel from Coventry to Sevenoaks with just a few clicks was easy-peasey. Don't know why folks didn't think of this before. First rate.”

“Booking is easy. Payment is easy. Collection is easy except when they don't collect! There have been / are too many times when collection is not made on the day specified especially on bookings made over the weekend for a collection on a Monday.”
