“I opened the Live Chat on a Bank Holiday - Good Friday - and they were open. Their customer service person, Rachael O/T, was very helpful and sorted things quickly for me. The Live Chat is a great feature they have to get an instant answer.”

“Contacted Interparcel via the chat line and spoke to Anneleese. We had hoped to be in Spain to receive our parcel but due to the French air traffic control strike we were 6 days delayed. Anneleese tried to ammend the delivery address but it was too late however she informed us of the position as soon as she knew. Great service and will use Interparcel again.? Mel Deakin”
