Good overall service but a few issues we've had have been unresolved (mainly misleading errors on the booking side especially Gurnsey) Sabrina helped out on a DPD booking error this morning.

I often reccommend Interparcel to both friends, and other ebay members on the site chat forums. I have used them for around 5 years now. The prices are competitive. And also the fact your parcels are collected by reputable people like UPS or TNT etc works well for me. These can be far more reliable than other cheaper carriers, of who you never know when ( or if) the local driver will arrive. The interparcel website itself is very easy to use, and the after service is quick and helpful should you ever have a problem.

TASHA was extremely helpful and efficient today as I had to change the delivery address today. Nothing was too much trouble for her. I send hundreds of parcels with Interlink and would highly recommend them.

excellent online chat and repeated help, latest today with Georgia. however pathetic delivery service. still waiting on my delivery after a month... delivering to a large school in central london and the drivers seem unable to find it?

I've been using Interparcel for about 3 years. Our small business ships several parcels a week and I always book the courier through Interparcel. The website is so easy to use and once booked, all the paperwork gets sent to you immediately to print off and attach to your parcel. Time for me is saved by having the commercial invoice sent to me ready to go. Occasionally I get the odd query that I need to raise, for example recently I stuck the wrong label on the parcel and it ended up in Germany rather than Norway. I used the online chat on the Interparcel website, which is so quick. I spoke to Sam Kennard who was very professional. She later contact me by email to follow up on what we had been discussing. I was expecting to not be given my money back or even fined for sending the parcel to Germany rather than Norway, but she actually told me that they could give me a partial refund (Interparcel were charged for delivering a 4kg parcel instead of what the label said was 1kg so they couldn't give me it all). All this was sorted within 30 mins, she was very quick to respond, which I'm very grateful for, as the situation was stressful for me. I was relieved! I think the partial refund was very fair of Interparcel and was pleased that I could tell my boss some good news after my mess up! She potentially saved my job! ;) Just one other quick example of great service I received from Interparcel a year a go: "As there is no damage to the contents we cannot process a claim, however as a gesture of goodwill I can offer £40 refund off your original postage costs of this order." This sentence from Interparcel says it all. I would never have thought that using "the middle man" like Interparcel was a good idea, but I've never had a problem and they are far easier to communicate with then directly with couriers because they sort the problems out for you saving you time chasing people. I will continue to use them and I recommend everyone to use them. This has saved me lots of time and money and I am extremely grateful for this service. Many thanks Jess

I have used Interparcel for quite a while now and not only do I find them the most competitive but also the most efficient at helping when any issues arrise. Today I had a payment issue and Samantha Kennard was very helpful. I emailed Interparcel via the contact page and the issue was resolved within 30 minuet's of my initial contact. Highly recommended!

I have had very good service from Charlie Stocker a couple of times now, always quick to service our needs and he follows up with a confirmation from me by email, of safe delivery. I will say that, nothing to do with Charlie, I had a nightmare with Interparcel a while ago but my faith is being restored........! Many thanks. Caroline
