“I have been used them quite a lot before. The services is good, and also the customers services is good as well. Nicole help me solve out the problem today when I made some mistake for the delivery address, quick answer.”

“Delivery from Spain to the UK! I had the pleasure to deal with Ms. Helen Bannister! Absolutely GREAT! We had a real problem sorting our delivery and she was more than helpful and got everything sorted. It was a pleaser working with her. I can honestly recommend Interparcel - having employees like Helen makes a business work.”

“Very fast response to my query. Customer Advisor James England was very quick to respond to my messages, with very helpful and polite information and solved my problem immediately. “I contacted Interparcel as I had incorrect entered the wrong weight for one of the boxes I was shipping but only realised this once I had completed payment. I called their customer service call centre and spoke with Annelese McBride. She was very helpful and professional, as the courier I had chosen couldn't ship the boxes for the new corrected weight, she was able to refunded this charge and I was then able to re-book with another courier. The charge was credited to my account in a couple of day. Very happy to use Interparcel again.”

“Been using Interparcel for many years with no problems at all, but just had my first problem where a driver left a package 8 doors down from where it was meat to be, anyway after contacting Interparcel and speaking with Charlie Stocker things was sorted quickly and a full refund was given. I would recommend using Interparcel to anyone.”
