“I have found using Interparcel to book UPS Premium service to be very good. I had one problem with a non-collection today which was immediately sorted out by the extremely helpful Tia Davies in their customer service. Go Tia! :)”

“I've been using Interparcel for around 4 years, since falling out terminally with a particular courier company that kept changing hands. I almost always use the UPS option for shipments both within the UK and to Europe and the service from from UPS and Interparcel has always been excellent. Billing and charging it not a problem as you pay as you go using PayPal, so none of the double charging malarkey I encountered on a regular basis with the previous company. Pricing is highly competitive and larger parcels are usually cheaper to send than by post, and the service more reliable. Having now sent many hundreds of packages using Interparcel there have only been teething problems on maybe half a dozen occasions that I recall, which were quickly resolved by phone by their customer service team, who are genuinely helpful and effective. Sorry if this reads like a sockpuppet review but the quality of service using Interparcel and UPS in combination is the best and most consistently reliable I've had in almost 30 years of using couriers. Highly recommended.”

“I have just phoned Interparcel as I had a package returned because customs would not let it go through with aerosal so we had to remove from package and needed to re book a collection, I spoke to Louise Evison and she was beyond amazing in fact I think it has been the best customer service I have ever had she took me through the commercial invoice and advised me on value etc, this girl needs to made customer services manager so she can teach staff how to be the best as she is. We use Interparcel all the time.”

“Needed some guidance on tracking an international parcel so contacted Interparcel. I spoke to Tia Davies and explained my problem which she understood immediately. Tia very quickly gave me the information which allowed me to track my parcel. It has to be a 10 out of 10 for service and friendliness. Interparcel is always my 1st port of call when I need to send a package both nationally and internationally.”
