“I was due a collection of a parcel a week ago on Monday . As no one came for it I rang Interparcel on Tuesday to find out what happened. There was an immediate apology and was told that the parcel would be picked up Wednesday. It was picked up on Tuesday to my delight. On Monday last, Charlie Stocker e mailed me to say that the package had been delivered that morning around 9.30.. What a nice touch that some one had the courtesy to inform me of the delivery.That was excellent service, full marks and thank you again Mr Stocker.”

“I have used Interparcel on a number of occasions recently to send between 1 - 20 cartons per consignment. I find the booking system quite easy to use and have never had any issues with deliveries. I have just had an invoicing query which was resolved very quickly and efficiently by an extremely helpful lady in Customer Services, whose name was Louana Pyzer. I shall continue to use Interparcel in the future and recommend them to others.”

“We have used Interparcel for several years & we don't get problems. The on-line booking system gives us a choice of competitive prices & choice of courier. The courier that we select makes the collection from us & we have all of their paperwork printed from the on-line forms. Interparcel provides us with a cost-effective & efficient service...........Thankyou !”

“I needed to urgently change the delivery address on a parcel that was already in transit to the USA, and called the customer service team thinking that there was no way that it could be done. Amazingly James, the guy I spoke with, said that he would do what he could and gave me his email to forward the details on to him. He kept me up to speed with its progress, and I'd have a reply to any email I sent within the hour. Amazingly the address was changed, much to the relief of my client. Great customer service in every aspect, thank you!”
