“THIS IS A VERY PROFESSIONAL, PROMPT SERVICE! MY PARCELS ARE USUALLY DELIVERED IN LESS THAN 24 HOURS FROM THE PARCEL BEING BOOKED AND PICKED UP. IT IS A TOTALLY AMAZING SERVICE! THE WEBSITE IS SO EASY TO USE AND THE PRICES ARE VERY COMPETITIVE. THE COURIERS I USE THE MOST ARE TNT AND UPS AND I CAN HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM AS THERE SERVICE IS SECOND TO NONE! IF YOU NEED TO RING INTERPARCEL RE ANY QUERY YOU GET THROUGH VERY QUICKLY AND YOU ARE NOT WAITING AT THE END OF A PHONE FOR AGES. I HAD TO RING AS I WASN'T SURE ABOUT A PALLET SIZE AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER WAS EXCELLENT, SO FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGABLE AND HELPFUL. I GOT MY ANSWER STRAIGHT AWAY. CREDIT WHERE CREDIT DUE INTERPARCEL HAVE NAILED THE COURIER BUSINESS! THANK YOU FOR YOUR ONGOING EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE! WE WILL BE BACK!”

“Thank you so much for helping me out. I took it for granted that my parcel was delivered until l received an email from Customer Service - Annelese McBride that they driver from UPS was having difficulties to deliver the parcel. I started panicing but thank God Annelese worked with me through emails until the parcel was delivered. I will definitely use interparcel and recommend to family and friends. Thank you Interparcel.”

“I had a problem with a parcel which hadn't reached its destination, I started contacting interparcel by live chat yesterday and was promised a reply which I unfortunately didn't receive, however after contact again today a very helpful representative, Charlie Stocker answered my Questions quickly , thankyou.”

“Thanks to a parcel not being ready when it was supposed to be I had to quickly organise a re collection whilst re organising it with the sender at the same time. Sabrina was very understanding and efficient and soon had it all sorted with no fuss at all. Many thanks.”

“The lovely lady who helped was Kate Hall. She was patient and gave me all the option in tracking my order. The company who send the package mistyped the address and Kate was able to help me fix the address and 24 hrs later I had my package! She was excellent! A+!”
