“HI, after not being able to print lables (our printer problem) I contacted interparcel and was assisted by James England to sort out our problem. James was very polite and helpful and did everything that he said he would do for us thankyou.”

“Have been using Interparcel since approx. 2002 and have to say am always impressed by their service. I must have sent thousands of items over the years, literally, and service has been first class 98% of the time. the 2% of the time when something has gone wrong, it's either down to my customers not being in, supplying me incorrect information or on the very very rare occasion the courier not delivering on time for whatever reason, but even then, soon as I call to find out what's going on, the matter is dealt with efficiently and without any complications. I plan to stay loyal to interparcel for as long as I am in business, in the country, in operation and in need of a courier service”

“Great service, item was quickly collected and shipped very quickly to our desired location with no issues at all. Got an e-mail to confirm the delivery too. Prices are good value compared to royal mail. A very helpful employee Charlie Stocker dealt with my enquirey about opening an account and his customer service was great. Thank you!
