“VERY EASY TO BOOK OR TO GET A QUOTE. VERY RELIABLE & SHOULD THERE BE A PROBLEM THEY SORT IT OUT VERY QUICKLY. HAVE USED THEM MANY YEARS & HAVE ONLY HAD 1 PARCEL NOT PICKED UP WHEN BOOKED & THAT WAS DOWN TO SEVERE SNOWSTORMS. IT WAS COLLECTED THE NEXT DAY.”

“Excellent service, communication and follow up. Very prompt and professional help. Dealt with my issue instantly. Having live chat is a definite bonus over ipostparcels, who I used recently, had an issue, emailed them and am still waiting for reply. Am new to ebay selling and have many items to despatch. Will use Interparcel now instead of ipostparcels. Thanks Simona.”

“We have used the standard service with delivery by UPS for several months and so far everything has gone perfectly, with every package picked up and delivered as promised. We also had occasion to send one very heavy package to the USA and much to my amazement it arrived in Pennsylvania from Cambridgeshire in perfect condition in 2 days. I could hardly believe it! We are very pleased with Interparcel, and have just signed up for an account into which we can prepay funds so the whole booking process is now faster and easier. So, top marks so far, we are completely happy.”

“Overall extremely good site but would like to have the facility to store a drop off point on my account rather than search each time. Also I used the text advise service once at Christmas which didn't work. I didn't receive either confirmation text I had payed for. Apart from that I think the site and service is very, very good. I like the account retrieval details page which is easy to use as is the whole of the site. Very good.”

“I have used Interparcel for over 2 years now and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. I know of no other site that gives an instant quote from the most popular delivery firms at good prices, usually only achievable when large volumes of parcels are sent. Most importantly every parcel I have sent has arrived very promptly.”

“I came across Interparcel as I had tried P4D.co.uk. They let me down so I did another web search and came across Interparcel. I must admit I was apprehensive after the disaster of the other company but I booked a collection and requested my parcels to be collected between 9am and 1pm. To my delight the parcels were collected about 10am. I have since used Interparcel 3 more times and so far it has been plain sailing. I would definitely recommend Interparcel as they excel at what they do.”
