“I have used Interparcel on a number of occasions & never had a problem. True to form - Large parcel picked up in Cumbria at 11.30am & delivered in Devon at 11.17am the following day, and all at a very reasonable price. You can't ask for much more !!.”

“First time I have used Interparcel and I cannot state how impressed I was with their service. The parcel was collected in the time period of my choice and the delivery was within 24 hours which I thought was pretty good by any standard. Very impressed.”

“I was recommended to another courier service and tried them twice. Each time they failed to collect when they said they would. One shipment had to be rebooked three times. Then I found interparcel. in the first place they were even cheaper and even better they have collected exactly when they said they would and delivered exactly when they said they would. Am highly delighted”

“Great company. Easy to use & a cheap price But don't book next day pickup cos it doesn't very often happen. Make sure it's picked up in next. 48hrs from bookin an all should be good”

“If I want to send parcels, apart from the smallest item, I use Interparcel. It is easy to use, offers an assortment of services and is reliable. I often recommend it. My only wish is that someone would put a "Send another?" button before I pay to save me typing all the payment stuff in two, three or multiple times.”

“The service is generally very good and contacting support is quick in the event of a problem.Recent changes on the web site have, though, caused some minor problems:- A)It is now no longer possible to see the item details on the receipt meaning no record exists online even though this data is provided when the booking is made. B)There are flaws in the address book system that didn't exist before.For example a correctly entered postcode that worked previously no longer works and so items need to be re-entered.This takes extra time. C)It would be useful for weight and dimension data to be included on the receipt.”
