“Interparcel are always the first place i go to when sending a parcel, they are the most competitive for the regular parcels i send through ups, its very rare that i use anyone else although i had to recently as for some reason interparcel dont offer a service to russia (yet the couriers they use do), in the years i have been using interparcel the service has always been excellent, any time i have had to contact them i have always found the staff helpful, had a speedy response and resolution to any problems”

“I just made an online booking with Interparcel. Soon as I packaged up the parcel, they were here to collect it and I was so impressed with the prompt and friendly customer service. They were on time, and basically, I can go out and attend to other business matters without having to hang around. This is how it should be done! Thanks Interparcel, please keep this high level of service up! Mr. Chahal Ace Media.”

“Booking the parcel is easy, although I did need help the online chat sorted out my query. The collection times of 8.00am to 9.00pm is a little too wide but understandable for the cost (could pay more for timed pick up). Driver was very polite and helpful and I received my SMS to say the parcel had been delivered. Good service and i would recommend”

“I was sick of dragging large and heavy boxes to the post office and the costs were often eye watering. Finally a box was refused as TOO BIG so I had to make the effort to find another way...just as well..... Much to my delight I worked out I could just book the same services through interparcel.com and the items are collected from my door on exactly the same service I would have booked directly at a higher price. Simple 'Economy of scale' is what I guess is going on here, the more of us that channel our business through the one 'administrator' the larger the discounts. All the paperwork is emailed, its easy to track and I get telephone or email support if needed. So far my customers tend to get their items faster and everyone is happy.”

“I HAVE BEEN USING THE INTERPARCEL SERVICE FOR YEARS. MY ONLY RESERVATION IS THAT WHEN I BOOK A PICKUP I AM RESTRICTED TO A FULL AFTERNOON SLOT, WHEREAS PREVIOUSLY I COULD BOOK A PICKUP SAY BETWEEN 2PM & 5:30 PM WHICH WAS VERY USEFUL.”

“I use Interparcel for my business: we frequently need to send packages around the UK and abroad. Typically we will choose TNT as their price isn't *much* more and we know they're reliable. Interparcel has proven itself competetive (in terms of price), effective (in terms of resolving issues when they - very infrequently - occur) ans intuitive. - I like that we have an 'account' which allows us to see our order history and quickly & easily check tracking/status. - I like that they have the ability to set things (like text alert) as a default setting, so you don't have to do this every time. - I like their live chat: friendly and usually very effective, I've certainly never had a problem they couldn't resolve within 15 minutes - I like that my card details are stored securely so I don't have to give the card out for bookings to be made There *may* be better services out there, but to be honest I can't be bothered to look - Interparcel are good enough.”
